Review 1：The window air conditioner was behind a long curtain so it would blow behind there. I didn't realize they had breakfast until we were checking out.

Review 2：Turned out we really enjoyed the Vermont Country Store, and it was nearby.

Review 3：Motel changed from being a Best Western this year after my reservation, but Booking.com did not advise and offer the opportunity to cancel and re-book elsewhere. Rooms dark and poorly lit. Not an attractive property.

Review 5：The room was not great. It was "OK" for a one night stay, but it was way more money than the room was worth. There were water stains on the ceiling, the carpet was "sort of" clean, and there was an ear plug behind one of the night stands, along with a ton of dust. You can tell the housekeeping people just spot clean here.

Review 7：The key card did not work immediately. The bathroom facilities worked but seemed old as the water in the tub appeared a little yellow (may have been the color of the tub).

Review 8：Enjoyed the 2 room suite with a queen bed, full bed and twin bed. The breakfast was better than most hot breakfasts at other hotels. My kids enjoyed the bonfire near the pool.Walking distance to many restaurants including Mojo Cafe.

Review 9：The free continental breakfast was not available. A sign on the door said someone would be back in half an hour. We could not stay later as we were on a schedule.

Review 11：pool amenities have disappeared (chaise lounges, umbrellas) and outdoor porch furniture has all been commandeered for the fire pit leaving no chairs or tables outside the rooms. no breakfast on July weekend but they did have breakfast on August weekend - room price was the same both times. What is that about?

Review 13：Although the booking confirmation said that breakfast was included, it was not. Reception staff claimed the booking site was wrong. We wanted to check out at 8.30 am, but had to wait as office was closed until 9.00 am. Office was also closed when we went to get ice, as the machine was broken.

Review 14：Location was ideal for us. Rooms were large and had all promised facilities - fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board etc. Free unlimited wi fi was appreciated by our teenagers.

Review 15：When I registered on booking.com breakfast was listed. When I got there, I was told that there was no breakfast available. Availability of breakfast was part of my decision to book. The pool was green and slimy. I had stayed here before but quality and cleanliness has declined.

Review 24：The property was easy to find right in the middle of town in Ludlow. Although check-in runs til 10, the man who runs the desk stayed later to let us check in. The room was clean, the internet worked.

Review 26：Clean sheets and strong water pressure in the shower. Very short, walking distance to the center restaurants, gas stations and even the store with ski eqipment. Very good location. We were able to walk everywhere with a 4 year old child.

Review 29：Breakfast is served from 7-10 am. On my last morning at the motel, I went to eat with my kids at 7:15 because we needed an early start. Not only was the front office locked (so I couldn't check out) but there was no breakfast and no one around to speak to.

Review 30：Motel is in the middle of town and less than ten minutes from the mountain. Reasonbaly clean room, but the housekeeping was shoddy. And the beds had clean sheets, but the mattresses were lumpy and the pillows were uncomfortable.

There was a ski rack and a boot tray and plenty of room to tuck away ski gear and bags. Then breakfast had good choices. It was the last shuttle stop to take you to the mountain and the first stop coming back,very convenient.

Review 71：Stayed in January and our heat broke. Supplied a space heater that did the job ok. Also offered us another room to switch to but had too much to move. Did not offer us any discount on out room. Also by booking room through Booking.com I was not able to apply to Best Western Rewards.
