Review 2：Excellent customer service by the owner.. Best value for the money I've seen so far.. BDI meets the advertised amenities.. My son lives a block away from the motel.. What's not to like...

Review 3：There was a dead cockroach in the wardrobe for clothes. Not a cleanfacility. Old shower, bad water pressure and very small. Also, thelocation is in a terrible neighborhood and the hotel has live ins thatlook like they would rob you in a second.

Review 5：Stains on the bedding. Strong cigarette smell in a non-smoking room. The chain on our door was broken and I was with my kids so we didn't feel safe. Prostitute roaming the stret outside. Holes in the bathroom door that were taped and painted over the tape. Only 2 small towels for 3 of us even though they knew 3 of us would be staying. Not sure why but the room door was wide open when we checked in. Seemed strange.

Review 6：Price. Location close to where I needed to go. Parking close to my room. Fridge worked great. A/C worked great.

Review 7：Oh my gosh, there were 2 huge cockroaches in my room! I had the night manager come to my room and kill it. They didn't offer me another room. I was so uncomfortable about those big cockroaches, so I didn't sleep well that night. Also, I got a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. And their plumbing is REALLY loud. Also, there was no microwave.

Review 21：My roon had no smoke detector. I took a pic. It had wires hanging fromit and was obviousally not functional. The towels were cheap and I onlyhad 1. The toilet paper was cheap too.

Review 22：This was by far a terrible place, if it wasn't midnight we wouldaleft and stayed elsewhere, for a main reason . We turn the tv on an apornographic movie was playin Loud , disgusted me an my girlfriend,imagine if we had our child with us !? We almost slept in our car , whoknows what was on the bed. I feel like this is by far out of control. Iexpect some type of pay back or $ back after an experience like that!
