Review 1：Owner is horrible, had several problems this time at early hours in the morning. Lights didn't work, tub doesn't fill up with water for kids to take a bath. Air cut off at 3am and stopped working. Called the next day after we checked out at 5:45am due to showing livestock and had to be at the barn and the owner was very rude to me on the phone. We have several reservations coming up again in October, November, and February guess I need to look for another hotel!!!

Review 4：We chose this hotel based on reviews and photos. The hotel is a motel (doors all on the outside). The staff was friendly enough but the facilities are very old an out-dated. The microwave and refrigerator are straight out of The Brady Bunch. The Wifi would shut off each morning at 8am. There was NO hot water during our two day stay. The beds are old and uncomfortable. Towels were very cheap and "pinchy". The sheets were paper thin and uncomfortable.
Review 5：. The location was very close to the fairgrounds (the reason we were in Perry) and that was really the only plus to this property. One exit north on 75 (about a mile) there are much better options.

Review 8：Relax Inn is conveniently located near the GA National Fairgrounds and downtown Perry. While it is an older property, it is comfortable, well maintained, roomy, clean, and safe. Best of all there is an affordable rate, great staff, and convenient parking. Other helps are free WiFi, free breakfast; and free smiles from the staff. Regina is awesome at the front desk. Great pick for us snd we've stayed at most of them in Perry.
Review 9：The only thing that I didn't like was that my check in time was delayed until after 1:00. And I was soooo tired after driving all night. Other than that, I will be staying again.

Review 23：we had a late night check-in the person that check us in this man was just awful rude for no reason didn't stay.reason being that guy had a problem with $0.08 did not have any more cash only a hundred dollar bill no change so he just got totally irate I refuse to do business with people like that so we went down the road to Howard Johnson had a pleasant stay in. Thank you very much I will use to Howard Johnson again very clean facility
Review 24：Breakfast consisted of pre- packaged pastry. The juice machine also needed to be cleaned. Desperately. In room microwave was not very functional, also wax seal around commode needed to be replaced in our room (144)
Review 25：Location was good, rooms were very clean even for a property with some age on it, beds were comfortable, location felt secure, and staff was friendly.
Review 26：Very small, bed was decent but the pillows were worn out. Wifi was still locked though they claimed free WiFi no one have me a password or was available for help. Walls were so thin we could hear everything people said around our unit. TV, microwave, refrigerator, and furniture were exteremely outdated. The Carpet was filthy. Upon checkout we were at the desk patiently waiting for 30 minutes while pressing every alert button and bell at the counter with no avail. We were finally able to checkout when my husband called them on his phone and told them we wanted to check out. Also for some reason they charged us $8 more than what was agreed upon. Even though we checked in late and check out early. We will not be back.

Review 29：Hotel is an average low budget hotel. It is in a really convenient area to the fairgrounds. Staff was polite and rooms were clean. You get a free very limited breakfast selection in the mornings.

Review 31：The motel was conveniently located just off Interstate 75. The "king room" was large and comfortable, equipped with a king bed, couch, coffee table, mini-frige, and microwave. Everything workied as it should, including the wif-fi, and even though the motel was close to the Interstate, it was quiet.

Review 82：We were in town for a dog agility event. When I booked, I indicated we would have a dog. The clerk called my room shortly after we checked in accusing us of having a dog. I thought they were aware of it, especially since I'd called twice on our way out and they looked at our reservation. We car pooled with another woman with a dog. She came into the room with her dog to coordinate our afternoon before she checked in (same hotel). We got another call from the clerk accusing us of having two dogs. I explained she had a separate reservations and would be checking in soon. He said he had to charge for the second dog if it was in the room. I ended up sitting outside the from with that dog while the other two women planned the afternoon. Then after we'd checked out and were loading the car, the clerk was out watering the plants and yelled across the parking lot at me. Accusing me again of having two dogs in the room. We had to explain again that we were two rooms worth of people, two dogs, traveling in one car. They are not very dog friendly. Sad thing is, we got reservations there because in previous years, the previous managers were happy to host competitors and their dogs. Not so anymore.
Review 83：We drove through the night from our home to get to Perry. When I realized we wouldn't be there for the first nights reservation, they were friendly and said the room would be ready whenever we got there. We checked in at 8:30 that next morning and our room was cooled and ready for us.
Review 84：I have been staying here for years but the new management is so rude so I will no longer be staying here. They accused us of having more than 1 dog in our room and trying to charge more fees when a friend staying in another room stopped by. Multiple times over the weekend they would try to accuse an extra dog of being in the room when we had 2 different rooms and both already paid pet fees. Also were rude and called at 10:45am to make sure we would be gone by 11am check out. What kind of hotel rushes you out the door? The women staff were nice but the man working there was completely unprofessional. They are going to lose more money now just by being greedy wanting more pet fees for a dog that wasn't staying there. Ridiculous
Review 85：Bed sheets smelled strongly of bleach. Had to ask front desk for sofa bed sheets, pillows, and blanket. These should have already been in the room. Toilet paper roll was possibly 1/2 gone already upon arrival (I wasn't the first to use the bathroom, so I don't know for sure). There were not any extra toilet paper rolls available.
Review 86：Prices were pretty inexpensive. Location was good and the staff (lady at front desk) was very responsive to my needs. Continental breakfast was nice. It contained a lot of pre-packaged foods, but it suited my family's and my needs fine.

Review 90：The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The motel is older but well kept. The owners obviously take pride in their business. They have updated the decor and the beds are comfy for the price. I loved being able to park right in front of our room. I felt safe and did not hear outside noise or other guests. The breakfast was adequate for the price you pay for the room. The room has a mini fridge and microwave. We had no problems with bathroom and the water was always hot enough! :)
