Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided in every villa and suite on this property. All bedding features colorful patterns with dark wood furnishing and guests will also enjoy a private balcony.

Review 1：The sleeper sofa mattress was so uncomfortable, with its springs being readily felt, that our adult daughter ended up sleeping on the floor instead. A foam mattress topper would help cover those springs and might be something the owners should consider providing.

Review 2：My wife and I rented a one bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa in the living area. Our first reaction when walking in the door was "wow, this is nice!". The suite was very stylish in all respects and nicely laid out. We appreciated having the full kitchen, and the complimentary bottles of water and wine (single servings) in the refrigerator were a nice touch. The condo is very close to Topsail Hill State preserve, where we spent most of our time. We would definitely stay there again.

Review 3：The only thing I didn't like was that the pool closed @ 10pm. I would have liked the opportunity to swim later because we were not back at our condo until late in the evening.

Review 4：I traveled with 4 others to attend a wedding in Santa Rosa. The location was perfect! We were 5 minutes from the beach and the wedding venue. The condo was excellent. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, washer/dryer worked well, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Review 17：The suite was very clean and comfortable.The kitchen was adequately stocked and well appointed. We valued the fact that although it was not right on the beach, it was in a quieter end of 30a while still being very convenient to all of the area's attractions. We also liked the security code lock as versus having to keep up with a room key. A great price and value.

Review 18：The staff was not very friendly, definitely didn't make me feel welcome to be there. I also wish the condo was within walking distances to the beaches. I didn't think it offered much for the price as compared to other locations in the Destin area. A pool was included. Although it was a quiet area, location didn't really like the location. I would recommend this suite if you are looking for a quiet, secluded experience. Be prepared to drive to beaches, etc., as nothing is within walking distance.

Review 65：my only complaint was the staff person that checks on the facility for check out on Sunday was rude in her demeanor and stature when asking how much longer i was going to be. I was running about 10 min after checkout time only because i didn't want to leave wet, dirty towels.. and i expressed that to the lady. she rolled her eyes as i explained. It was rude and now my family insists on not returning to 30A.

Had to stuff everything in a closet or leave in travel bags. Too much noise from upper apartment, flushing/walking/speech. Kitchen vegetable knife was very dull.

Review 82：I assume it was the owner of 30a suites, she never identified herself tous; she followed us to our suite after we checked in and proceeded tocount the number of people in our party and charge us additional moneybecause we had 2 kids under the age of 5. Exceeding the number of guestto 10. When we asked if she would charge for a child under the age of 1;she agreed that she would charge any family for any child at any age.She the owner then proceeded to tell us that we will have to pay anadditional $100.00 per person at that time I automatically agreed to paythe extra money for our stay with out a blink of an eye; then sheproceeded to tell us that we would need to rent another suite. She madeit clear that she was out to make a dollar. I then followed her back tothe office and agreed to pay an extra $600.00 for our 2 small children,she then proceeded to walk out of the office and let her manager takeover from there. She the owner, was rude and did not offer anyadditional help and just walked out of the office promptly. Do not stayat this place!

Review 83：Too far from the beach--must travel by car or take a really long walk! So many do's and don't's on the checkout instructions but no "thank you for staying here" or "hope you come again".
