Review 1：Area was lovely but needed to own transport as located too far to walk to restaurants, shops etc. Local public transport was not good.

Review 8：Our hosts were very welcoming and the facilities were excellent. A beautiful quiet spot with a very relaxed feel to it. We had our own bathroom and toilet and access to the kitchen and lounge room so it was like being at home. There was a swimming pool but the weather was too cold to use it. Very clean and modern. Lovely river walks close by.
Review 9：We were not expecting to share bathroom and toilet facilities but on this occasion it was not a problem. The advertising didn't make that fact clear. Also the guest lounge was actually the owners lounge and there wasn't anywhere separate for guests. One review said you are a hotel booking company and if that is the case then this property should not be really advertised under your banner.

Review 11：I have written a letter of complaint to Booking.com about this property.I booked it when it was yet unrated / unreviewed, and even though Ihave achieved "Genius" status on this website, I feel like amassive idiot for not realising this is a homestay... Largely becausethe word "homestay" is buried unobtrusively in thedescription, and the place is otherwise being misrepresented as if itwere a hotel. The rooms are pokey numbers stuck between the entrance wayand kitchen / lounge room in a family home. There is no private bath/ toilet, there is no private space outside your room, every timeyou leave your room you are in someone's house, being watched andquestioned by the owner. I was absolutely mortified, hugelyuncomfortable, and really angry to find myself in this situation. Thereare multiple other websites available for those looking for a homestayor to stay in a private home. Booking.com is a hotel booking site - onthe home page you are invited to type in the name of a hotel, not somerandom stranger's house!
