Review 1：It looks like they need to update and get more help with maintenance.
Review 2：The lady in charge is very accommodating. We could park right outside our first floor room.
Review 3：We have stayed here once before and had a good stay. Staff friendly and clean room and clean pool, This time room was ok but found large cockcroaches. YUCK
Review 4：The first room they gave me was not cleaned, the bed was still unmade. I guess no one checked the day staffs work because the desk person was surprised and apologetic. Then the second, the fridge did not work and the cale remote was not working. It was a little sketchy. There were roaches scrabmling around the parking lot which made me a bit nervous, but I did not find any in the room.

Review 6：The lobby was smelly, so was the room! I found a skeleton of a Bedbug and my peace was gone! The pool was dirty, there are much better places around!

Review 8：The first room we went into was so smokey from recent smokers could not walk in the door. So much for non-smoking. They then gave us separate rooms which was okay at the time. Once in the room though, it definitely did not go along with the newly remodeled sign. Chairs looked like they were taken out of the dumpster. Carpet filthy. Bathtub was very dirty with black footprints in it and a ring around it. Then it came to the bed. I pulled off the top cover and prepared to get in it and saw some crumbs upon further inspection there was alot of other human material in it including stains. The sheets hadn't even been changed! It was too late to go anywhere else so I got a blanket out of my car, laid that on top and tried to rest. Don't know how they ever got the 6.6 rating. Stay again never!

Review 42：Shabby lobby, dirty pool, no remote control for TV, no in-room coffee pot. I'm not that particular and just wanted 3 inexpensive rooms, with a pool, in Fabulous Barstow California, on our way to Arizona. If you want to save money, its an ok place, but barely so. If I ever need to stay in Barstow again, I would spend a few more dollars for a nicer place.
Review 43：What did I like? Well, there was a servicable bed and a working alarm clock. And it was cheap. And the experience will be a running joke among my friends for years to come.

Review 46：Fantastic value for money. Huge room, very clean and had everything you would need. Lots of parking spots. Near to the restaurants and stores. The lady at the reception was very friendly and even helped out with printing my boarding passes despite not knowing how to do it herself :)
Review 47：The big beautiful pool was not open. There is some unsavory people that seem to "live" there. Just don't pay attention and they keep to themselves it seems.
Review 48：Shirley and her husband are a nice Taiwanese couple that run this place with no staff to speak of. They were very nice and are working constantly to maintain a huge property. But remember, you get what you pay for!
