Review 1：Staff speak limited English making communication difficult. The hotel has some tacky signs/posters for drinks, food and cheap Christmas decoration that cheapen the look. Paintwork neededfor pillars above the pool fountain areas, walkways behind rooms. Furniture too big in rooms making acess to balcony hard. One pillow each?? One bar of soap??

Review 2：Cute, small hotel with great spacious rooms with extremely comfy beds and awesome bathrooms (rain shower too!). Good wifi too. Great value for money. Fab pool.

Review 3：We didn't check the mini bar contents when we arrived so didn't notice that items were missing. They tried to charge us for that at check out. Rookie mistake on our part... Always check the mini bar!

Review 4：Upgraded to private pool villa! Location was awesome! The staff were fabulous and always willing to help. They also had a buggy to take you up and down the long driveway! Definitely needed after exploring the area in the heat. The massive pool is by far the feature of the resort and it has twinkle lights at night which just makes your stay feel so relaxing. We would definitely stay again if we're in Phuket!

Review 5：The room that I booked was a private pool villa with aging interior and exterior. The high prices of the booking did not matched with the quality of the properties.

Review 7：Spa at the resort was always fully booked. had to go outside the resort for a massage. I don't know if i could blame the resort for this but, a lot of insects were in our room, had bytes all over our bodies, but its a tropical place so need to be prepared for things like this. Some of the Staff's English wasn't good, struggled a bit to communicate with them, but over all it was ok. Breakfast at the resort wasn't great.

Review 8：Location of the resort was excellent, could easily leave the resort and walk around and see other shops, restaurants, Spas & .... Great Taxi service, that also acted as our tour guide, took us everywhere and stayed with us through out the day, was reasonably priced. Resort over all was very clean. Service was very good and quick. Amazing Pool Free and Fast WIFI you will not regret staying here.

Review 13：Do not go past this resort. From the beginning to end every component of my whole experience was incredible at an unbelievable price. Restaurant food is excellently priced and the included breakfast is fit for royalty ! the manicured gardens and amazing pool make you feel like you are in an oasis. the staff bend over backwards.Fab location short walk to Kata beach and shopping....I could go on......book it !! thank you Matadee....:)

Review 14：expensive for food and beverages. Buffet breakfast was already cooked and cold so always ask for fresh eggs, poor selection but adequate for a quick snack

Review 15：Location was excellent, not too far to the beach, staff are friendly and very helpful especially the manager who accomodated in upgrading our villa.

Review 16：During the bad weather, we suffered from heavy rain. However they can't provide the golf car sending us out and back to the room. We walked through roads to room like in a jungle. We all got wet and dirty.

Review 17：The breakfast and room service are good! Staff working at restaurant are attentive and friendly! Location is good as many restaurants and store right outside the hotel.

Review 18：Very bad breakfast. Extremely greedy charging surpluses for everything +600 baht for calling a taxi, +1000 baht per couple for one horrible breakfast, +1600 baht for just one time laundry. This can almost double the bill for bad services.

Review 23：Beautiful setting, gorgeous Villa with direct access to pool. Well off busy main road so it was lovely and peaceful. Pool is fantastic, winding through resort opening up to large main pool near Bar and Restaurant. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Review 32：Not a lot to do surrounding this resort. If you like having things on your doorstep and lively places, this isn't the place to go. Great for families with young children.

Review 36：Wow what an amazing place. I've been gone about 3 days and miss it like crazy. Firstly, the rooms are fabulous (we had a pool access and it was a must do!) - very spacious and a great bathroom. There were a lot of Mosquitos but it was great that the hotel provided nets to help. On the first day they had a heavily citrus scented oil burner on and I wish it had been kept as strong the whole trip to help. The hotel itself is fantastic, a good location and an amazing pool area that was a delight to sit by. We went low season and it was quiet, which was great, not a great deal of beds so could be an issue peak season. Finally I have to give a huge shout out to the staff. In general people in Thailand are super friendly but WOW, the staff at breakfast and the pool bar, as well as the maintenance staff took it to another level. The reception staff could learn a thing or two from them (they weren't rude but not particularly helpful in our experiences). Definitely book of you want to visit kata.

Review 39：The lack of communication between the check out staff and the cleaners. On Check-out I was accused of stealing a face cloth, which I told them was in the bath tub. I had to go back to the room myself to retrieve the item.

Review 51：the rooms are smaller than advertised, no shutters in the bathroom so the room is too bright at night (cannot switch off outside lights), not enough sun loungers for all the rooms, restaurant offerings silly - too expensive and all about pasta! drinks too expensive - same price as 5 star resorts in exclusive parts of Phuket... this makes the restaurant very dead in the evenings. All in all, a nice B&B but definitely not a four star resort

Review 53：We were off season patrons and the renovation noise was a little disturbing but it needed to be done as some areas require tidying up to be their best. The step into the pool from our room was not ideal as it was very difficult for my wife to step down so far. but better access was a short stroll away beside the building.

Review 54：The Hotel was well located and quiet. Staff in general were always helpful, especially those working in the Meals and Bar area were always smiling and could not do enough for us. The pool was magnificent and was regularly maintained. My wife and I will be back but will upgrade to the next level either 4103 or 4107 rooms as pool access for my wife would be better. The Management should be very proud of the Staff they have trained but even more English lessons may be a bonus.

Review 55：room is clean and very comfortable. location is good. quiet but convenient. it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the nice beach. 7-11 and other restaurants are nearby. staff are nice. i like the decoration style a lot! definitely will come back again.

Review 64：Metadee is a great place which is located near everything you need. Facility is great and private pool was brilliant. Room set up is great and is very comfortable.

Review 65：The bar prices and food prices are silly, so everyone goes elsewhere because it is cheaper, at least half price, so no atmosphere around the bar or restaurant , in fact it is normally empty. This is a real shame and stops guests mixing. Hotel management must release how much income they are missing out on because of this, but seem happy to have staff stood around doing nothing. The mini bar also has the same problem
