Review 1：The road to the hotel need more signs… The internet connection gave me hard time to login but the front desk made it for me immediately

Review 2：Hotel staff specially the front desk... but in general they always smiling and greeting and ready to help even without asking.. this is not only for the front desk: room service and cleaning staff even the security

Review 5：The location is very far from anything, as is normal with a thermal spa. But this means if you don't have a car, your options are much more limited. The hotel charged us 112 liras for a subpar buffet dinner for two people. We went to the restaurant attached to the hotel the next night and got abysmal service. The servers made us wait for 15 minutes before taking our order, and that was only after we complained to the manager. The hotel nickel and dimes people. They don't even offer a couple of complimentary bottles of water. Given that the hotel is so far away from everything, they could be more accommodating. There are children everywhere, including the thermal spa. One woman brought her baby, who couldn't have been more than 7 months old, with her in the thermal pool. She only sat at the edge of the pool. So there you have it: the hotel staff wasn't very hospitable and they nickel and dime people, offer subpar expensive food and there are children everywhere.

But I did ask for complementary water from manager and he agree. swimming pools and sawna are wonderful and available for men only and woman only and both. More than 12 different swimming pools.

Review 53：Wifi password only gets you one device. This is stupid. Outdoor pool and deck closed at 5pm, which is too early. There was still sun for another hour. The hot tub by the pool was lukewarm.

Review 57：The Location is in the middle of no where. You MUST have a car to enjoyed the stay Most of the staff in the reception whom speaks ARABIC needs some training in customer approach and basic hotel management.
