Review 1：The shower had (too) many points of rust on it, you have to wait some time for hot water and, at a closer look, the place looked a little bit clogged and strange, as too many smells are coming from the kitchen, up to the 3rd floor..

Review 4：The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious. The area of town was somewhat a concert particularly during the off-season that we were there at. Internet service was moderate; parking was also moderate.

Review 5：The bed had a mattress incredibly hard and i had 2 very uncomfortable nights. I would strongly recommend to change the mattress in order to increase the comfort of the guests.

Review 6：The room was very clean and big and the breakfast was various. The staff was nice and clean and we find all the time a parking place in front of the hotel.

Review 7：The bed and the pillows were horrible, the air conditioner kept making cracking noises throughout the night so I almost didn't get any sleep in 1 week that we have been there. The staff provided us with a little bit different kind of pillows so it got better,but the bed was very uncomfortable, very hard. On the floor there is just an old carpet that can cause allergies to many people. The big towels were hard like carpets.

Review 9：For me a hotel is mostly about sleep quality! If it lacks in that area for me is the beginning of a very unpleasant stay. I picked this hotel because of the good reviews it had just to be disappointed. I stayed there just one night and that was the only reason why I did not moved (or asked for a different room). I requested a room that gets as dark as possible and as quiet as possible so I was given room 204. The room is spacious enough with old style furniture but with a small and crowded bathroom. The finishing touches in the room leave to be desired but that was not the problem. The light switches by the bed did not work there was only a power outlet by the bed and it was at the center of the bed (just over the bed) inconveniently placed so you can’t really use it and that is not the bad part. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable with a very hard mattress the curtains in the room don’t cover the entire window and the room has NO sound proofing (I could hear the people in the next room speaking, the AC from there room and every 30 seconds some clicking sound from the hallway from a utility room). So all night I twisted and turned because of the mattress and I was up at 5:30 because of the light in the room. When I did the reservation it was said that it has a bathtub and that I get lake view and a balcony… I got a balcony (that is incredibly small of no use whatsoever), no lake view just a view of a roof full of burned cigarettes and the bathtub is actually a shower that was leaking all around and you can’t take a shower without hydro massage because the selector is broken and so are some other things in the shower. So I would stay out of this hotel or at least from the room 204

Review 14：in a country where you always have to cut the number of stars, here you have a real 3*. nice large room with complete bathroom. free wifi working perfectly, tv with international channels. the lady at the reception was very nice, brilliant and professional. she served us with a coffee even before the opening hour. The breakfast was rich and I was able to find some simple cakes, fruit and jam. Those who don't use to eat pork and eggs in the morning find a nice menu here. I recommend

Review 15：I didn't like the cleaning of the room during the stay...just to give an example in our situation from the kitchen they told us to leave the plates up after eating breakfast but after we was coming back to the room...we find the plates in same plates with smeling food and rest of the coffes..in both days..the bed was not made...i didnt really noticed if somebody came to clean or...even the towels from the floor was just 1replaced..the other was just hanged up back...but rest it was OK i cannot complain too much..puting in the balance the staff saved the cleaning
