Review 23:The guy working at night really upset me. Here's what happened. I was trying to ask for advice on where and when the Havas (the airport shuttle), which is a very popular service throughout Turkey. I've taken it in many other cities. Comments online were a little inconsistent as to the location of the pickup, so I wanted to ask. The guy at the front desk claimed not to have any knowledge of the Havas and strongly advised me to take a taxi. He made a big show about how he could get me a great deal (60 lira when it is normally 105 lira). I tried to insist on the Havas but to no avail. It was fairly late the night before my flight (I know, I should have planned ahead a bit more), so I agreed to the taxi. It turns out, the taxi driver was the man/his best bro chilling with him in the lobby. He was clearly trying to throw his friend some business by advising me against the Havas (which would be 10-15 lira). To make things worse, the guy wasn't even an official taxi driver. He drove me in his normal car. The guy at the hotel also advised me to leave the hotel at 7:00 am for a 9:30 flight. After getting up at 6:00 am, I arrived at the airport at 7:30, two hours before my flight to an empty airport. I also saw the sign at the airport taxi for the fixed rate between the airport and Antakya. 60 lira. So much for getting me a "deal." I realize this could have been avoided by more advanced planning on my part, but regardless...at the price of this hotel you expect them to tell you accurately and honestly how to get to and from the main hubs of transportation (bus stations/airports). Overall, I felt like this whole thing was really unprofessional.

Review 24:Good location, reliable Wi-Fi. I really liked the guy working during the day.

Review 25:I don't think they have a non-smoking room. Although I clearly stated I wanted a non-smoking room for my single room, the room had the smoking smell of the previous traveler.

Review 26:It is located in the city center.

Review 27:The design is normal, it needs more work. The lift is very old. The lighting is low.

Review 28:It has a nice location inside the city near to many markets. The staff is polite. The breakfast was very tasty and multiple.

Review 29:The front office personnel really helps me.They are very friendly and helpful although not all of them speak English.
