Review 1：There wasn't anything I could say I didn't like.

Review 2：I liked the fact that there was nothing to not like. The welcome was great, the facilities were explained and it was as good as it could be. The breakfast was super, everything you could want. There isn't a lot at Barstow other than the outlets but that's why we went and stayed ther. If that's what you want to do then I'd break your journey, book a room here and 'shop till you drop'.

Not much to see/do in Barstow and he area the hotel is in is like an overblown truck/rest stop with fast food and outlet shopping. As a convenient place to stay on a long trip, it was perfect!

Review 14：The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I love how they are a pet friendly hotel and that they have a treat cup ready for our fur baby with his name on it. It's the little things that count! We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Review 17：Among all the older (and tired) hotels in Barstow, the Comfort Suites stands out. It looks new but has been open 6 years. Staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the whole place was very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, a nice array of hot and cold food. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and a short drive from the outlet mall and Starbucks(!).

Review 18：After a fantastic drive along historic Route 66 we needed a place for a stop-over before continuing North. There's not a lot to Barstow - it's a stopping point for trucks on the interstate - so don't expect lots of tourist facilities. The place is fine, with a good-size room, although the bed wasn't very comfortable. Breakfast was great with hot food and good coffee.

Review 20：We came into Barstow from the west, on I-40 - and our first choice was an hotel just off I-40. Had we stayed there we would have had constant train noise all night. The Comfort Suites was just off I-15, a few miles further west, and it was really excellent. It had everything we needed, including a heated pool,and was next door to a Denny's for dinner. Cannot fault it!

Review 24：I loved it the minute I walked in ...... was worried about the locations .... but, I should Not have.... and the person working the front desk when I check out ...... ( so wish I could remember his name ) was the best ..... went above and beyond to help me when I locked my keys in my car.

Review 29：the bed area was too small. In order to create a #sleeping area# the bed is in an alcove type location next to the window and half wall. There isvery limited room on each side of the bed making it hard to get in and out.

Review 33：Animal fee was quite ridiculous. $25 additional for a pet? Have people sign a form to be responsible for pet damage, but don't charge an additional $25. This was a definite 'turnoff' for me, especially since I have a smaller dog that does not shed.

Review 40：Everything was great. Kyle who checked us in was the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff member I have met in my 7 hotels I used during this holiday. He was brilliant and even baked fresh cookies and put them out late afternoon. And they were great also ! I almost cancelled this hotel and drive straight to LA. I'm glad I didn't. The room was big, comfortable with fridge microwave and other amenities I was not expecting. The location doesn't look much but it was close to plenty of shops and restaurants. We were recommended Chillies and had one of our best meals of our holiday there. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Review 104：Kyle, at the desk when I checked in was friendly, helpful and sincere. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and it's hard for me to find a comfortable bed! The breakfast was surprisingly good. The eggs were real and tasted like home. The coffee was as well. I hope I can arrange to stay on my return across country.

Review 109：Stopped off in Barstow on our way to Vegas. Room was beautiful, the beds were the most comfortable and great to have a small refrigerator & microwave since I have to take insulin & it has to be kept cool.
