Review 1：Staff was extremely helpful after we said we needed a first floor room due to wife's handicap. Switched rooms for us and added upgradede WI-FI. Great job.

Review 2：The motel I was not very impressed with There were no facilities in the room( Fridge microwave coffee machine) and only free coffee at the office in the morning

Review 4：Rooms were incredibly stuffy. Only one window could be opened as the mechanism to open the front window has been removed from each room. Stayed for three nights and saw room service once.

Review 8：The Motel had two floors, the bottom had no air conditioning, which we knew. The floors upstairs creaked badly, as well as the beds, doors, etc. No ice in room, however, a quick call to the office, and it was brought to you. A typical owner on site motel.

Review 9：It was away from the town, so it was quiet, but not too far where you had to drive far to get to anything. There were two restaurants within walking distance. View of Okemo Mountain were beautiful.

Review 48：Management tries hard and it shows but property is dated. Property is under renovation from prior flooding of local river. Hopefully renovations will result in better soundproofing. No phone or HBO anymore but full cable in room. First night issues due to heat clanging but fixed by 2nd night.

Review 49：Motor Lodge Style two story motel. Beds are new and extremely firm. Bathroom clean Nice log cabin vaulted ceilings. Carpet was new and clean. Room was large and had a mini fridge and microwave as advertised. Looking forward to getting a renovated first floor room next time. Directly across street from Sams a great steakhouse.

Review 54：After 2012 flooding, they've remodeled the first floor, where westayed. Lovely furnishings throughout, and very comfortable! Wall-mounttv, fridge, "log" structured headboards. Great location nearlocal restaurants, very quiet. Didn't see the upper rooms (not hitby flooding), but we're sure they're nice as well)

Newly renovated room was nicely done and even smelled like timber Small fridge and microwave made it convenient to store light breakfast and lunch food. Room price was very economical for the location Shuttle bus to Okemo right outside your door. Free coffee and hot cocoa in the office in the early morning.

Review 57：Owner operated. Owner is a good man. I forgot my drivers license and was very stressed about it but he told me not to worry about it it. He was very accomodating. Highly recommended place to stay if you are in the Ludlow, VT area. Rooms are very clean.
