Review 1：first off horrible surrounding area. The staff didn't speak any English. The site said continental breakfast and that was no where to be found. Only 2 towels came with the room and in order to get more you had to take the dirty ones down to the office to only get 2 at a time. No daily maid service. Oh and the best part a cracked out woman knocked on our door (4 girls in 1 room) at 5am. We answered the door for the girl and and said "sorry wrong room" then 5 mins later a big guy came and knocked on our door and we didn't answer. The woman was clearly used to test to see if we would open the door. Thank god we didn't open the door to the man. We probably would have been murder. So thanks Arlington inn.
Review 2：It was cheap, we liked the price because we were attending a music festival in a near by area.
Review 3：On my last night I saw two roaches in my room. I slept with the lights on and did not have further problems.

Review 5：The room wasn't ready when I checked in. The room had multiple funky mystery odors. The carpet, couch and chair upholstery were so digustingly stained and worn out, I didn't want to touch it with bare skin. Looked like a place that should be rented by the hour. Only good thing was the bed, which was actually pretty comfortable and it was close to the airport.

Review 12：To start I reserved a non smoking two bed room they tried to give me a single. The cleanliness was below standards. I had to pay a five dollar deposit for the remote when I retured it on check out he took the remote walked back to the back room and came back asked what I wanted. I said my deposit and he then asked where is your keys and remote I respond I just gave them to you. He looked confused but finnally gave my money back. I will not go back again

Review 14：The chairs in the room were really threadbare with stuffing coming through renmaining fabric. The toilet was cracked although it worked. The room was haphazardly stocked (e.g. towels oddly arranged on towl bars that I honestly wondered if they had been used before) although I didn't see any dirt. The phone in the roon was dirty.
Review 15：The price was reasonable but, for the overall condition of the place, not really a bargain. There were good lights over the bed. I did spend the night safely although I was wondering if I would be safe when I checked in - it was late and I was tired or I might have looked for another place.

Review 18：I didn't like the fact that they advertised on the web site that you can cancel without being charged, that's not true. They also advertised you can pay cash when you get there and they don't take cash.
Review 19：I liked the fact that when I needed a room it was available at a certain time of day as opposed to other hotel rooms that wasn't available until later in evening.
Review 20：Spartan. Hot tub ok but drain plug loose and kept water leaking out. Remote control need batteries but staff said it was ok. True as long as you were 2ft away. Guest above had children and they played bounce off the bed and run to the door and stomp the feet.(NOISY) til 11pm.

Review 22：Everything, The carpet wasn't vacuum. Didn't want to sit on the chairs as the were dirty and torn. Had to put a deposit down for a remote to watch tv. The room was very hot.
Review 23：They charged me twice for the room, which I had to file a claim with my bank to correct. It took them over an hour to respond to my clogged toilet, then asked if I wanted to unclog it myself. Lastly, the toilet still barely flushed after they "repaired" it.

Review 61：The continental breakfast was terrible and could easily be done up a notch without a lot of money. The fact that they tell you that you can't eat in your room is utter nonsense. If they had a place set aside to accommodate seating for all their guests, along with tables, etc. then it might be more acceptable but it was still a ridiculous request which we promptly ignored.

Review 63：Even though I know they do this for safety reasons. when I arrived around 10 pm to check in I had to do this through a small window outside. It was a pretty chilly evening and it made me feel as if I was in a not so safe environment.I've never been to any establishment where I had to pay for ice and even though I booked a room with double beds which accommodated up to four people, they only stocked towels and wash clothes for 2. I had to request more and pick them up myself. The next day was the same thing.

Review 69：First got there we pulled the covers to find someone else's lotion bottle in the bed. Pulled covers back to reveal maid had not changed sheets and there was feces on the them. Also got ice out of machine and found dead moth in it.
Review 70：It was a good value. We only paid 50 a night. Had an issue with the bed sheets not being changed and found feces on them but manager took care of it right away and changed them himself in front of us. However we were not offered a discount or an ability to change rooms.
Review 71：Well, I am usually a budget minded traveller and require only modest accomodations with no frills. However I usually draw the line when cloth furniture and carpeted flooring has visible stains, a refrigerator that smells moldy and has visible rust inside, bath tile that is either dirty or stained beyond cleaning, and bed linens that are torn/stained. Exterior corridors/stairwells/elevator are in dire need of cleaning and/or painting as they appear very dirty or have that stale/urine aroma.

Then I checked in there wasonly 3 channels in tv no wifi so checked my bed when I seen a(n) opencondom inside the made bed it was disgusting and dirty so I called toget another room and I was told there were all booked and I was notentitled to a refund but that I could go back down to the lobby and getmyself new sheets, I don't recommend this hotel. I will never stayhere again.
