Review 1：It's an old hotel. My first room smelled musty and moldy and the floor was slick. I was there for 3 nights so I requested a different room and went to check it out before moving. The new room was MUCH better. One reviewer complained about the room and left. They should have stayed and asked for a different room like I did.

Review 2：The staff was super friendly and very understanding when I requested a different room. I had a great breakfast in the restaurant. It's right on the beach so the View is awesome and there's a balcony.

Review 3：It was old, dingy, dirty, musty. The staff member at check in had no idea what they were doing and several times asked if maybe we had booked under a different name.

Review 4：There was a beautiful view from the balcony as long as you don't mind seeing a parking lot and then the beach. The lobby gives you an impression that it is an upscale resort. The rest is very dissapointing.

Review 5：The pool temperature could have been a little warmer and I think more water was needed in the hot tub. The way the jets shots up like they did they were shooting in your face, from the jets next to you. Other than that this place is great !!!

Review 6：I liked everything about your staff from check in to check out. Everyone was very friendly including housekeeping, maintenance. I have never stayed anywhere that when the workers were done for the day I was greeted by all in the hallway when they passed me. I was very impressed with all your staff. The place is very clean. I will be back !!!

Review 11：the rooms seemed half furnished and the placement of the furniture was very strange. Not enough counter space. No electric outlets in bedroom area and closets positioned so you hit them when sleeping, and worst of all, ac was so loud it woke you up at night.

Review 17：This hotel was nice and right on the beach with a balcony. The hotel could use some updating, but for the price, size of our room, and location, you really can't beat it. This hotel was conveniently located within range to restaurants and shops. They even have complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and skim boards you can sign out and return by the end of the day. That was a definite plus so we didn't have to pack all of those things to bring with us. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was advertised as a queen but is a double. Also roaches found in our room. No maid service unless u want to pay extra. Not family friendly. Your kids will be staying on a hard pull out couch. Front Desk Staff lack personality. Will not stay here again. Great location but room was a total disappointment.

Our request for what floor we requested was ignored until i called, the night before our arrival. i spoke with the 1st rude man who quite frankly needs repremanding. Bad impression before we even arrived. After calling again, the morning of our arrival, Makenzie fixed the error. Thank You! Should have been told of the construction on the floor above us, before booking. Side door does not shut by itself and is not safe.

Review 45：My husband, baby and I booked on booking.com. The pictures on the Website were true to the room. I like the way the room was easily divided into 2...to allow our baby to take her 2 daily naps. We had a great beach view, enjoyed having a full-sized refrigerator and updated bath features. It was strange to have to bring our dirty bath towels to get them exchanged for clean ones. I do think you can arrange for housekeeping...but I had to call and be told to schelp my towels:) Not a big deal. I wish there was a coffee pot, but we walked each morning to the Starbucks for exercise. The staff was friendly, the pool was of good size and I found the whole experience very enjoyable.
