Review 1：I really cannot think of anything I did not like.

Review 2：This is a wonderful facility. It is clean, convenient, and I loved that it was at such a great price point value with my discount. Also, although this was in a high traffic area the noise factor was virtually non-existent. I could not hear outside traffic at all.

Review 3：Check in girl needs an attitude adjustment up. Waited almost 20 minutes for her to check me in. No where to be found.

Review 13：Terrible attitudes of other people staying in suites. No maid service but 1 day for 7 day stay. Very small rooms. Hotel online is deceptive. Unable to get sheets for pull out bed. Stingy with wash cloths and towels.

Review 21：I did not like the fact that the house keeping knocked on my door one hour before check out, asking if we are checking out today. They should have lists of who are staying and who are checking out and let people have their privacy they paid for until the actual check out time.

Review 23：The night clerk was not on the premises when I arrived. I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to check in. When I checked out, the morning clerk couldn't find my room - 208. Turns out the night clerk moved me from 201 to 208 because I was upset with the wait. 208 was an outdated, smelly room, right next to the elevator. So much for requesting a quiet room. Should have gone back and requested a new one, but I was exhausted. A simple note at the front desk letting me know she was away for a specified period of time would have really been helpful.

Review 31：Bed was way to hard. Spouse nor myself slept very god. Not enough luggage carts- could not get one when checking out. Kitchen dishes much to be desired. Need lid for skillet. Also need a larger pot. Not enough washcloths put in bathroom. Please don't get me wrong it is a nice hotel and would stay there again. I would bring paper towels to have in room.

Breakfast cold - omelets cold - ran out of coffee in carafes - where was the coffee pot ?? at 6:30 - small breakfast room - cold and some frozen biscuits in the warming tray. Really?

Review 37：We checked in on Thursday, the cleaning was scheduled on Saturday. However, the system was on Sunday, so no cleaning on that saturday. I was disappointed how the staff communicated. I asked "How did happen" no one knows. The breakfast room is too small unable to accommodate all the guest. The towels are too small and rough.

Review 38：We like the room, but little too small for suite. The bathroom is spacious, the fridge is good size, we like it, it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good.

Review 39：The beds In this hotel is TERRIBLE for the cost.. Lumpy bumpy beds and pillows.. Made a uncomfortable 2 nights. Needs to replace soon.. And in the suites kitchen utensils and pots terrible only 1pot. Most hotels with full kitchens have a complete pot set..

My husband several evenings wanted to have a cup of coffee before heading to bed. 3 times they were out of coffee and the girl on duty just refused to make a new pot. The breakfast is too crowded. Should have more than one waffle maker. Should also have more places to sit to eat your breakfast. That room is just way too small.

You could see from the indention in the carpet were a dresser used to be. This is an "extended stay" hotel, it should have a dresser in the room.

The doubles should be turned into queen size and have a softer quality. They were a bit too hard. Overall, we loved our stay!
