Review 1：Bed was very hard. We woke up with a backache. Continental breakfast was not well monitored - I had to inform desk that the coffee was empty. Room included nothing but hair drier. We have come to expect at least a coffee maker, as well as, usually, a refrigerator and, often, a microwave.

Review 2：Location next to the interstate. No elevator to second floor - we both are in our 70s and have knee problems.

Review 3：There were little bugs crawling all over the bed and I saw a cockroach in the dresser. And when I went to check out, lady gave me an attitude of why I'm checking out late when my check out is actually the next day but couldn't be there another minute.

Review 4：We ran out of hot water in 2 rooms. But it was no big deal because within moments of telling the guy in the front he moved us into a new one

Review 6：Bathroom so small you had to back in & swing your legs to side to close door. Roll-in bed was filthy & had no sheet; was at least 20 yrs old & stained. Beds poor quality.

The staff were very friendly, was very clean, the pool was clean, the breakfast was very tasty, the parking was great and you can walk to several restaurants. But most importantly, the price was very affordable. I will definitely be staying at this hotel whenever I come back to Ormond Beach.

The only thing was the kids that ran it are kind. We stayed only 4 hours as we were exhausted after having gotten lost after we got off the plane. They allowed us to check in after 11:00 pm. Review 78：Well my father inlaw is about to die when we went down there found out he had less that 2 weeks. My hotel stay was suppose to be 2 days but after getting the news my wife decided she wanted to stay another week I went to front desk and asked for a weekly rate they said 199. When I got home found my card was charged 355. I will no longer use your hotel. I have a lot going on and we are a single income family. Taking advantage of people in a pickle is bad business

Review 88：The staff was a bit rude about the Wifi, they blamed me for why it was not working even though I troubleshooted and it said the network was the reason for non-connectivity. Also, the TV reception was horrible and instead of fixing the cable they just changed the TVs. There were no grips in the shower. I fell and developed a bruise. I did decline to write an incident report since they provided a shower mat.
