Review 1：A very very warm welcome, clean room and incredibly comfy bed. Perfect location; beautiful surroundings and we easily walked from the bus station even in the snow.

Review 5：The staff are nice and helpful; they try their best to accommodate travelers' needs. Provide useful information for travelers. The room is clean and quiet. The location is good; just 500m to the spa centre.

Review 6：- it was cold in the room (due to weather) and no heating. couldn't make the AC work to heat the room but we experienced such problem in other places in Europe so it did not bother us so much as we knew it could be this way - it took us a but of time to get used to the shower:-) - one time hot water in the shower was not enough for two people But all this did not bother us a lot as the hotel was really nice to stay at.

Review 7：- great location - quiet enough but within walking distance to everywhere - comfortable beds, mini kitchen in the room - breakfast is extra fee (3 eur). Huge portions, very tasty food - restaurant in the hotel is great. good prices, very tasty food. very highly recommended! - very friendly and helpful staff. even with a bit of a language barrier they were very accommodating and we managed to make small conversations. Overall - a great place (both hotel and the town) to stay for short or long trips!

Review 10：no disappointments, wifi was sometimes a bit on-and-off. our rooms was on the second floor and there is no elevator, so in case of walking difficulties of massive luggage, this is something to take into account.

Review 12：Rooms need refurbishing, especially carpets and walls. Windows are cheap and dirty. Windows in sleeping rooms do not have curtains or blinds, and the sun rises very early these days.
