Review 1：TV didn't work; it was replaced promptly. A smoke alarm battery failed and was beeping-kept us awake; fixed the next day. Shower head not working well. They we serving breakfast to the employees when we we trying to eat; they should wait till breakfast hours for the guests are over. We had to wait for an employee to cook her waffle till we could cook ours. It is nice that they feed the employess-just do it later or earlier.

Review 3：Not a bad experience,however the space between the bed and entertainment center was very narrow. This room looked much more spacious on the website. Please fix the heater/air conditioner setting knob. It is broke.

Review 14：Panhandling near property and they were in the parking lot. Someone pounded on our door at 10:00 pm one night and were running back and forth on the walkway in front of our door. Had to call front desk. Police car and cabs out front with people yelling afterward. And while walking the dogs saw panhandler urinating twice in bushes across the street. And I also tripped on the sidewalk walking my dog and fell :( The cement was raised a bit and I didn't see it.

Review 20：Was not aware until we arrived that there is no elevator and our room was to be on the second floor. If you cannot do stairs, be sure to request a ground level room. The desk clerk was able to give us one.
