Review 1：Outside pool/children's play area was not open - nothing onwebsite to indicate that.......had 6 yr old granddaughter with us andhad shown her the pictures of the outside pool//children'splay area - very disappointed........extremely small indoor pool withway too many people, way too much chlorine!Was told by front desk staff that the outside pool has been closed for months! Final cost was $200 for about 18 hrs - and no outside pool/play area. Never used the hot tub - check in at 4 and hot tub closes at dusk..........

Review 4：Upon arrival I was told to see someone about a parking pass. It turned out to be a half-hour sales pitch for a time-share. That was annoying enough...but the person left three voicemail messages during a 24 hour stay. I booked to relax, not get chased down to buy a time-share.

Review 5：The location is wonderful...just steps to the beach and close to some good eats. Room was very clean.

Review 6：The door key readers did not work on outside doors so anyone could walk into the building. The bathroom was in need of a deep clean (corners were gross.)

Review 20：This facility is owned by the Diamond Resorts International. They are primarily a Time-Share management company. Staff are too aggressive and will harass you about attending one of their Time-Share meetings. They called or emailed us every other day up through your stay. Once there, they held our parking pass hostage until we listened to their intro sales pitch. Every time we went past the front desk a person would try to sell us a time-share. You have to accept one of their Time-Share brochures or you can’t check out a pool towel. They would not stop soliciting my wife and I until I threatened to leave.

Review 21：The complex is a nice location. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool due to being harassed about time-shares when we tried to get a towel, but it looked nice.

Chose to leave rather than stay. The calculated 3.3 score for our review is significantly higher than I would imagine - a one is more appropriate. Didn't check any of the other amenities out because the space in the unit was so unacceptable.

Review 42：At the office of the concierge office upon check in, a statement was made to my son and his girlfriend "Get a room why don't you" very enappropiate statement since they were hugging. We had traveled 15 hrs and have someone make a rude statement like that was not acceptable to me.

Review 44：The only suggestion I could make which would be helpful would be to install hooks on the bathroom doors so that you could hang clothes while showering and an additional mirror in the suite so two people could get dressed at the same time.

Review 79：The chairs and couch in the living room were not comfortable at all. They looked nice were not kind to the back side. Speaking of chairs, they really need to invest in some felt for the bottoms of the chairs. We were awoken many times by the people above us scooting the chairs across the tile floor. It was very annoying and could be fixed very easily. I knew ahead of time due to reading reviews that this was a time share and that they would ask about going to a 90 minute meeting. They asked when I checked in and they called once. Not a big deal for me, but it may be to some. Due to the parking lot size you only get one parking spot. I had to take my small trailer to another lot to park for the week. The hotel needs some work. They had a water leak in the tower we stayed in. We were not affected, but I'm sure someone was. Elevator wait times! After the first day of waiting we had a game plan. We sent out a person in our group to get the elevator 5-10 minutes before having everyone wait out in the hallway. At the end of the week, the kids were fighting over who got to push the button.

Review 80：The Location was great, not much traffic on the main drag in front of the hotel. It was easy to get to off I95 This is a kid friendly place. I would not recommend if you don't have kids. The pool was clean and lots of fun. The kids loved it and I didn't have to watch over them as much due to it only being 3' deep. Easy access to the beach right out back. We stayed there for 5 nights and NEVER saw bug in our room. In Florida you usually will have one. Very clean! The beds were all very comfortable too!

Our latch on the shower door stuck due to the rigging of a fix that was not professionally done just rigged something that would work. Tiles were broken in the bathroom and elevators. Generally the facility needed attention to painting and minor upkeep such as that. The facility has the potential to be very good but needs some attention to facility details to make it there.

Review 89：Upon arrival our room had not been vacated by previous guest and we had to stay at another resort for one night and then move the next morning. We lost almost a whole day of our vacation. The staff were apologetic that it was done off site and out of their hands. Diamond Resort is working on the issue and hope to hear from them soon.
