Review 1：The beds were a little too firm. Material of comforter wasn't the greatest. Also had an issue with the door closing and the deadbolt wouldn't lock.

Review 2：The size of the room and layout was great. Having a microwave and fridge was very convenient and the couch area was nice. The staff was really nice.

Review 3：The layout of the room -- a real closet for our clothes, wet bar, lots of counter space and huge mirror in the bathroom. Also a small couch in the main area as well.

Review 9：The rooms could have been a little cleaner, the carpet could have had a shampoo, especially behind the furniture was dirty and dusty. I found a dirty shirt at the end of the bed, which had an odor if the rooms were properly cleaned the staff would have seen it. The bathtub stopper was not connected to the tub. Just those few things can be corrected.

Review 13：The first room had a clogged bathtub. Even after staff tried to unplug it, it was so badly clogged that we had to change rooms. The place is run down and needs a good cleaning and renovations.

Review 17：on sat. the second day of a three night stay the wife killed two roaches on the wall near t.v..we called front desk they came i pulled out fridge and we killed another one they only took of one nights stay but i'm sure they were there the first night also. would have left if able to get resv. else where!!!

Review 34：While the outside may look unappealing, this hotel boasts a very private and good feel on the inside. The room has ample space great staff and a very central location .

Review 36：Based on the reviews I expected a cleaner place to stay. The furniture, bedding and pillows were way to worn. Staff was not terribly friendly with the exception of the daytime house cleaner. She was really nice and polite. Too many little roaches (even for Florida). Beats sleeping on the street somewhere but for the price, doesn't compare to Holiday Inn. I've had better stays at a Motel 6.

Review 37：There was no complimentary breakfast as mentioned. The pool looked was a bit dirty. The fitness room was horrible. They had five machines and all of them were broken except one, and that was the bike which made lots of crunching noise. The place looked old and need upgrading. I think that the price of $80. was too much.

Review 43：The room was in very poor condition. The carpet was torn, the head board was broken and had a huge screw sticking out of it, the couch was ripped in several places. There was a coffer maker but no cups were provided to drink the coffee. In the morning we found a cockroach in the bath tub. This was the worst place we have ever stayed. It was by no means anywhere near luxurious.

Review 45：Our room had only 1 set of towels this was a double queen room should have been four sets. had to ask housekeeping staff for more. had to also get soap and shampoo as there was again only 1 soap and 1 shampoo available. tub had BIG crack in it. breakfast dining area should accompany a lot more people. cancelled out two day reservation at previous hotel as it was really bad, was looking forward to a clean, comfortable, room with nothing to complain about, sorry this was the case. unfortunately it wasn't. For over a hundred dollars a night I expect better, wont return to Luxury suites again ;(

Review 111：Surprise charges to use the sofa bed. Also they charge extra for each extra person. They only want a max amount of people in each room, if you have more than that $10/person added to the bill. The kicker was finding an adult toy in the supposed clean room. Very thankful that my none of my boys(under 5) didn't find it. We found this toy on our last day, during our final walk thru. No never staying there again.

Review 118：having to pay for extra bedlinens and for the use of the hide-a-bed couch. Then when I was handed the stack of sheets and blanket and pillow/ there was only a bottom sheet and NO top sheet..and the blanket should have been tossed in the trash. The blanket was very harsh and beeded up.

Review 121：Gentleman who was working the front desk was VERY helpful and courteous (don't remember his name, but younger blonde haired gentleman). The rooms were nice with a flat screen, couch, and wet bar area. Overall, not the Ritz Carlton, but had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.
