Review 1：60's style bed setups. Need to upgrade to simple sheet and quilt. Blanket in room was very itchy. The bright lights on the outside of the property are extremely bright and were only turned off at 1am. A fair bit of road noise from road can be heard in the fully closed room.

Review 7：Nice firm mattress and soft pillows. Microwave, toaster, tea/coffee/sugar and mini packs of biscuits. Close to town. Laundry. Good value for money.

Review 10：I found the size of the bathroom a little small but adequate. The hot water in the shower was a little temperamental but not a huge issue. Noise from other guests checking out in the morning was annoying.
Review 11：The room (#10) was a very good size with a queen size bed and a single bed. Very comfortable bed. Having a kettle and fridge are always good. Opening windows to allow the cool sea breeze in after a hot day was wonderful.
Review 12：Barking dogs. Only 3 TV channels. Hooks on curtain track broken and have to tug on curtains to close. Very small sink in bathroom and shower curtain tries to strangle you when showering. Exhaust fan in bathroom does did not work.

Review 14：Crack heads having fights and loud cars and motorbike up till 3 or 4am both nights staff didn't do a thing about noise was not restful at all as we had no sleep will not be going back and should have asked for a refund.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(
