Review 1：Had issues with the hot tub being able to stay full.
Review 2：I like it a lot, the room it self was very clean and decorated really nice. The hot tube was red and heart shape just like the Pics. It is in a good spot next to resturants like Mc D's, BK, Pollo Loco a gas station and a liquor store, located about 7 min away from Downtown Riverside.
Review 3：There was some funky shower setup and you couldn't adjust the shower head. The towels where small and there was only one per person.
Review 4：It was very clean. The grounds were nicely kept.
Review 5：The room was filthy. The counters hadn't even been wiped down! I had to clean the entire room with baby wipes. I had to seal the TV remote in a Baggie .then I got extra sheets to COVER the carpet, so we didn't have to touch it!

R the dirty,nasty,the elements of ppl that hang out around grounds R very INTIMIDATING 4 a older disabled women. But this was the ONLY place that even compared 2 any of the photos advertised.I will be returning there very soon. I can't say enough good things about my stay..THUNDERBIRD LODGE U REPRESENT THE BUISNESS, BY TAKING CARE OF BUISNESS. I'M NOT EASILY IMPRESSED. .BUT U DESERVE IT. ..I THANK U.

Review 13：We didn't like that the TV didn't work , the air took forever to cool the room down (cleaning ladies came in and turned if off )& the hair blow dryer didn't work, the parking lot isn't big so we couldn't find parking at night, pool was closed all weekend, the towels are hard.

Review 18：Well located, 5 min by walk from the train station and downtown. Clean and secure. Architecture is a typical county-style, almost a "cult" for non-American eyes. The staff at the front desk are excellent: very friendly, smiling, responding requests immediately.
Review 19：Shower head didn't work (they did fix it later that day) tub didn't drain, cigarette burn in the blanket, mold in the caulking around the tub, dusty top of "closet" because there wasn't an actual closet.

Review 23：There was no one on the desk when we arrived, we were tired and cold. Then I was told the room I ordered was occupied . We need to wait for the people move out and have the room cleaning. Not able to joint its Wifi. And the next room some one was singing at 3 Am.

The refrigerator kept my beervery Cold and was quiet running and I did not use the microwave it wasnew. I suspect that since some of the travelers stayed here the motelhas been refurbished as every thing I saw was new and sparkling. Youwill not get a five star resort for these prices but this more thanmeets many needs. I also did not visit the pool area. I was very pleasedwith everything !!!!
Review 34：Loud! I'm a very light sleeper and I'm sure that it didn't help me. Between the bell ringing on the convenience store across the street, train whistles, refrigerator noise, and light let in from the curtain I didn't sleep much.

No clothes hangers were in the rooms though they were quickly provided on request. Surprising lack of electrical outlets in bath vanity area, the only one in the area very difficult to reach, hot water only mildly hot.

Review 50：Overall a decent stay when compared to the other hotels near this price range. Outside looks nice. You can tell they at least try to be a luxury hotel. AC didn't work very well. And our non-smoking room smelled like a smokers house. It's still a cheap hotel but not nearly as bad as others in this price range and area. There was no one in the lobby at check in, (it actually HAS a lobby). I had to call the number until someone answered and ended up walking in from outside somewhere. That was weird but not a big deal. I would stay again and recommend it to a friend. We partied all night at sevillas, (less than. 5 mile away) and had some great breakfast at zacetecas Mexican restaurant right on the corner.
