Review 1：You get what you pay for the facility was a bit run down and while the room was clean common areas were pretty poorly maintained - the elevator in particular left a very bad impression

Review 10：The beds are uncomfortable, and the cleaning staff might want to step it up a bit as we found a washcloth from the previous tenant hanging on the shower stall, spiders in the cabinets, and dirt in the corners (visible) didn't go looking for it by moving furniture or anything. The grounds are a little unkempt, weeds in the flower boxes, I mean just tall weeds, no flowers...just gave the place a rather unkempt feel.

Review 12：Cons - the place is old. The slider had no lock and we were on the bottom floor. The furniture is old, mismatched and worn. The microwave was disgusting but I didn't even use the kitchen facilities as it was not clean.

On arrival I wanted to inspect the room before I paid, we walk in and there is dirty laundry and a funky odor... We looked at 4 different rooms before finally saying fine... And we only stayed because you were going to charge me if I cancelled. Horrible.

Bathroom light cover fell in the middle of the night. Keysdidn't work after breakfast, had to go back to lobby to get newkeys. Very noisy mid-day - pool busy, music way too loud. Would havepreferred a room at other end of pool - lights on all night... Hardto nap mid-day because of noise at pool. Neighbors very loud withnothing to keep sounds from coming under adjoining door - open atbottom about an inch... Breakfast mediocre. Finally 10 am check out!Who requires a 10 am check out??? Gave us an additional 30 min. Oruntil 2 pm for $35. Ridiculous! Very disappointing. Not worth the$277 we paid for 2 nights...

Review 27：The ability to open the sliding door and enjoy ocean sounds. Comfortablebeds, tv okay... Able to check in at 2 am. Office people were kind andagreeable. Room challenges were fixed the day we reported them... Butthere were way too many for such an expensive room.

Review 28：We had a ocean view room so it was awesome!! the inside of the courtyard was a little dingy but when you open the door to you room its awesome! Had tile floors so sand being stuck everywhere wasn't an option. We LOVE that there was direct access to the ocean, a lot of hotels nearby didn't have access. Also, the staff was SUPER friendly!

Review 29：Place looks like it's falling apart. Beds are old and very uncomfortable. Bathroom falling apart and leaves a feeling of gross. Days were good when you were out on beach, nights seemed too long to be in that room.

I called one night telling nightclerk we were staying an extra day because race wasn't over till 3am and we would be sleeping in do no disturb us and he said no problemand then at 10 am the next morning that clerk called waking us upwanting to know what time we were checking out. When we let I checkedand they had double billed my credit card for the same amount ondifferent days. Scam. Stay away. And door won't lock unless you slamdoor and twist. Had it not been a Holiday weekend where I could havegotten a room elsewhere I would have been gone.

Review 36：No parking, room was low quality(beds/old metal springs, floor is tile/sandy & nasty feet, bathroom/yuck), towels were stained and nasty, bad Wifi connection, pool area was gross and smelled...should I keep going.

Review 39：The room was not worth the price. The batteries to remote control were taped! There was no back to the remote control. My daughter got stuck in the elevator as soon as we got there. The WiFi was weak. I didn't get Signal until I stepped outside of the room. It was not a good experience. My sister had a room as well and the drawer broke and fell completely out when she went to put her cell phone in the drawer.

Ileft the light on all night in the kitchen with the door shut so thecritters would not come out. The blinds on the sliding door would notopen and close making it hard to get in and out. The towels wereterrible. They used to be white but now have black dirty streaks onthem. Nasty! Take lysol and spray everything!

Review 48：The hotel in all is very falsely advertised! Stay away! No full kitchen! The beds were hard, the bathrooms was not cleaned throughly, the rooms smelled of mildew. If I didn't pay upfront I would have went elswhere. I had to disinfect and sanitize the entire room before I would even touch anything. I can go on and on....stay away!!!

Review 50：A little dirty. Dust was on head boards and small paper under bed. Having an ocean view made it worth it, without the ocean view may feel differently.

Review 52：The bed was comfy. The sheets were ill-fitted. The view was AHMAYZING. The kitchenette was filthy and specifically said in more than one place that the dishes weren't cleaned to any standards. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my day, good and bad, and I'd rather have paid a few extra dollars for a chain in this case.

Review 53：First we had nowhere to park except for across the street which made for a 10 minute walk to our hotel room. Our room smelled extremely stale with old rotten wood furniture, luckily we only had to deal for one night and breakfast was coffee, maybe a muffin if u got up 3hours before checkout which was at 10am. Also could not find the hot tub which was listed as a facility, pool was full of kids but noone in the kiddy pool. Don't expect any privacy, the walls are paper thin and The balconys are practically right on top of each other. I would have gone to another hotel had they not been all booked. I won't be back to this one.

Review 54：I thought the bed was very comfortable and we upgraded and got a small balcony with a very distant beach view, little pricey for what we got but still not bad compared to others along the beach. It had a flat-screen TV which was nice and a mini fridge which came in handy with the left overs.

Review 55：The place smells horrible and is filthy as soon as you walk in. I have never seen a dish tank so disgusting or a computer monitor held together with tape. It couldn't be dirtier or more unorganized and the staff couldn't be less helpful. They have so many random stacks of paperwork lying around everywhere that they slowly flip through many of them to find a simple reservation...it's no wonder almost everything is mixed up. Stay away from this filthy place!! There are nice rooms for the same price. There may be a hot tub with an ocean view, but most people wouldn't get in it. It's disgusting like everything else.

Review 63：The rooms were not very clean, the towels were thin, small, and dingy. Worst of all, our heat/air conditioning unit didn't work and it took them over an hour to show up to look at it and then another half an hour to determine it didn't work after we told them it didn't. After awhile we were moved to a new room with a functioning unit, but initially they offered a space heater instead of a new room.

Review 89：The hotel is very old. No amount of paint will fix that. The rooms have tile flooring, which Has perks with so many people dragging sand into the rooms... But my feet never felt clean. I had to put on shoes to walk from the tub to the bed . The bathroom is super tiny and the vanity mirror was old and chipped. We paid 150$ for 1 night for a room without any kind of ocean view. The breakfast bar had tang instead of real orange juice.
