Review 1：Stuff was not really helpful. The hotel has gotten old and has not been renewed. there is no wi-fi in rooms. Food costs a lot if you are not all inclusive.

Review 2：food was amazing. The beach is beautiful. Location is great if you don't have a car, bus route is really close and can get you to Cesme or Alacati.

Review 3：Lots of things, we arrived at 2pm but had to still wait for our room to be chosen and be prepared for us. The toilet was leaking water and could not be repaired had to listen the sound all the time we were in the room. When we called to ask for a technician we got shouted at by the person at the reception. When we asked to talk to him the other people worked thre told us that he lfinished his shift and left. We were 3 of us and had to call for towels constantly because cleaners left only two small hand towels for all of us. The corridors had rubbish stains on and smelling badly but never got washed. So we will never go back to Implaya Hotel by Corendon ever again and noway we will recommend it to anybody we know.

Review 9：beach is so good that you would not want to eat much (even though the food is good) or use swimming pool (even though the pool looked decent. room condition was not great. But hey, you are not buying the property. It was all clean though. I mean the wallpaper etc... the double beds could be a little bid better maybe. single ones were quite good though.

Review 10：This hotel has an amazing beach just 20 meters away from your room. Water temperature is really good. You will not feel cold in the water or outside. There is nearly no wave in the morning and very few in the afternoon. Clean water at a degree you can see the fishes inside. Sand is really good, nearly no stones around especially if you use the left hand side. You will walk 200-300 meters and the water will still be around your knees. Amazing for kids. My little one stayed in the sea 6 hours everyday

Review 12：- Mrs Serife from the customer service for her rudeness and condesending behaviour against us! - - Wifi needs improvement. - Some of the guests could complain about EVERYTHING! And the sad thing is that same people could eat the whole buffé and don't even know how to behave in public. - Too crowded with families and yelling kids. If you want to relax with your partner or friend, Mi Playa may not be the best choice for you. - Renovation is needed.

Review 13：We stayed at Mi Playa hotel for 2 weeks in august with my friend. In fact, we didn't have that much luxury expections considering the price we paid. The beach was wonderful, the food was good and always fresh! Staff from the kitchen, cred for their hard work and also some of the personnel from the lobby could be polite and nice against us! (Not all of them though, not to mention any names). Animation group was nice and funny talking to. They always struggled to make something good for the guests, but eventually you get bored of the same shows everyday when you stay there for too long like we did, but we liked them anyway! Extra cred for Gulhan at the reception for her kindness and how much she tried to help us in every case. If you need something - talk to her! She is the only one who's understanding and seviceminded from the customer service. But the positive things overwin the negative ones!

Review 14：Food; most of food is same in every meal. Entertainment is also sucks once i saw three swathy boy in white sheets calling us (me and my wife) to beach party at 9pm. One another night they have organized lotto with karaoke??, our neighbor hotel was rocking the night by the way. They have tried to organize live music show once but we couldnt resist to go our room earlier. We are lucky there is lots of food options near Cesme and Alacati. We went there by minibus called dolmus. They have also residental problems. They told us there was Alacarte Restaurant, yes there was, but i didnt saw anybody eating in that restaurant. List may goes so long, but in short way beach was awesome, thats it, rest was terribly bad. I dont suggest you to reservation here, there is beautiful hotels near this one they may be expensive but it is worth it.

Review 15：Beach,sea,sand maybe umbrellas, sunbed is also fine but it is plastic anyway. Did i mention that beach is beautiful.

Review 17：Customer relation department is very good Special thanks to young lady Fatma Ozyorulmaz who was very supportive , efficient, real example of problem solving person.Any employer should be happy to have her as a staff member. Pool staff very good.Food excellent.

Review 18：The room was unclean. The bar in the aquarium restaurant was smelly. The staff seemed to be mainly untrained and quite inexperienced. One particular staff member who was a bit older and more experienced was rude and abrupt with us on more than one occasion. The WiFi connection was very weak, usually nothing in our room. The TV didn't work. The food was too salty and fatty, it was difficult to find a healthy and tasty option.

Review 20：The first room we got was on the 3 rd floor with no elevator. This was not what I booked and what you need with 2 small children and a stroller. Moreover the room was really dirty. The change was done the following day as agreed and the rest of the stay was ok.

Review 21：Very friendly staff, from reception to cleaning service. When requested to change the room, the requested was not possible to handle immediately but was done within agreed time and attention. It is ok place for family holiday with small kids.

Review 31：The room. Refurbishment needed urgently, although this wouldn't stop me returning, which I am keen to do. Evening entertainment could definitely be improved, also nothing to do/nowhere to go after 11am, however overall none of this would prevent me from returning because the good points far outweigh the bad.

Review 32：Hotel staff were excellent, notably the two beach bar girls, Barack and Lisa (animation) and especially Gulhan (customer care) who I would regard as indispensable to Corendon, welcoming in a genuinely personal way, a problem solver, a real asset to the hotel. The food was lovely with good variety. The hotel beach location was fabulous.

Review 33：Housekeeping needs improvement. We were left without towels and hot water most days. We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more (after the room was "cleaned" we were left with less than 1/2 a roll for 3 people!) We requested an iron for 5 days & were told either "housekeeping is closed" or "there is no iron".
