Review 1：This was one of the most if not the most awful hotels or motels that I have ever stayed in. I never felt safe there and the breakfast was basically not a breakfast at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Pensacola, please spend your money elsewhere.
Review 2：I liked nothing at all about this shabby and run-down below 1star hotel. I was glad to leave.
Review 3：The continental breakfast left much to be deisred. The common areas (corridors, entryways and grounds were in need of maintenance. The rooms did not have irons and ironing boards and coffee was not available in the rooms.

Review 5：This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy. The mirrors were dirty. The microwave was rusted on the inside. There were Cobb webs hanging from the ceiling. The bed linen was stained. The phone book was ripped, written in and from the year 2007. There was a rusted wood saw laying on the patio. There was a pill laying in the floor. The room was buried under a layer of dirt and dust.the room was completely outdated. The breakfast was horrible, no protein only carbs. Guests were not allowed to use the ice machine. The doors were very hard to close. I will never stay at that hotel ever again.

Wedidnt see bugs til late/early am since we went out on the town assoon as we got in the room.Decided we would bear 1 night.Upon returnabout to retire then we saw bugs. Had to stay. Nowhere to go.Couldntstay in car, place looked unsafe. Informed staff upon early check-out.He was rude and unhelpful. Will never stay again and book.com you needto cut ties with them quick.I Didnt approve my credit card but I knowthat doesnt matter. He could have credited some fees back but it'sobvious they need the money. My opinion as well as husband they need tocondemn or seriously overhaul. Im not a ticky person. I didnt expectluxury at the rate but never expected bugs. Staff told me to get out. Hedidnt want other guest to hear. But some did. I still have the bottledbugs. Do you want me to send them to you? No reason at all to lie.

Review 27："Clean" towels that were in our room were either not clean or stained, not sure which. I would like to think they were stained. However, there were hairs on the towels and floor. We had 3 people in our room, but only 2 bath towels were left for us each of the 3 days we stayed.

Review 33：Smell was awful. Had an issue with bringing breakfast back to my room for my son who was sick. The gentleman who worked there was very rude telling me no food was to leave the eating area. Even after i explained i had a sick kid who i did not want to be around other people so i was making him a plate so he could eat in the room. The man argued with me until i just fixed the plate and walked away.

Review 66：Our original room was not ready at check in time,so we got a different room. the toilet wouldn't flush, the shower curtain was dirty, the tub had mold in it. The blankets on the bed had several holes in them. The towel rack was hanging out of the wall held only by 1 screw. You had to ask the front desk for a hair dryer while they held your license until you returned it. There were naked wires hanging out of the wall from the smoke detectors that was no longer there. Very nasty place to stay

Review 75：There were bugs in our room, the door is far off the ground so anything can basically crawl in, we had to put a towel under the door and the shower was not clean, there were opened soap in my shower .
Review 76：The mattresses were horrible to sleep on. Very uncomfortable and appeared to be old. With some updating this hotel could be a nice little place to stay. The breakfast was horrible. Very minimal selection. We had to stop and eat again down the road. The room breakfast was in was really big and nice though. Like I said this place could be nice with updating and fixing a few things. Also we arrived at 1am to sleep a few hours before continuing driving, there were a couple "women of the night" walking down the street my his and noticed so just be aware of your surroundings.
Review 77：The room was clean and a nice size. Lots of counter space and close to the pool, which we didn't use we were just traveling through to Jacksonville. Would be a good cheap place to stay with small kids to swim.
Review 78：The wifi didn't work, said I was connected but wouldn't load anything. The breakfast was awful. Cereal and dry honey buns. The ice was in huge blocks, the beds were very hard. The fridge was old and dirty. The staff turned off the A/C everyday when we went to the beach so our rooms were hot upon returning. The toilet leaked out the bottom. My friend lost his phone and the clerk at the front desk turned it off so it went straight to voicemail, and only gave it back to me bc I made a big deal seeing it on their desk. The TV channels didn't really come in and the TVs were very old and the picture was awful. The pool opened late and closed early. I will never stay here again.

The gentleman and his wife the day of check out seemed to be very nice . Didn't have enough towels and rags in the room we had to use our beach towels . Review 89：For the price, everything was great. If there's anything to complain of it would be the free breakfast which was worse than skimpy. But I didn't care, I don't eat breakfast anyway and the coffee was good!

They wouldnt take a payment, or change to the updated credit card info (new one just arrived in the mail) Then proceeded to call me back a few hours later asking for a credit card. When I get there, the lobby isnt open. There is a tiny window hole you communicate thru bullet proof glass. Drug dealers were walking around all over the place. Check in takes almost an entire hour. Then they overcharge me, and tell me they cant fix it. So next I go to our room. Cant use the outside door. So I have to go in the hallway to get in. Open the door and it smells horrible! Like wet yard sale storage items. Gross. The window unit didnt work. It only blew out hot air. Had to unplug it. 3 of our 4 floor lamps didnt work...turned out bc the wiring didnt work. Fridge had mold growing on the top of the door. No coffee maker. No linens for the pull out sofa. Beds were old and anytime the other person moved, the entire bed shook. Breakfast was horrible. Thawed out eggo waffles, one cereal and milk. Couldnt even take it back to our room as there were signs evweywhere saying not to take it put of lobby. Horrible motel. It shouldnt even have gotten a 2.5* from booking. I would give it a 1.

Review 99：What we like best about this place is the refrigerator (almost full size) which can hold alot of beverages and a full weeks groceries. The kitchenett space also has a microwave, sink and small counter space. It is really a good way to save money be cooking our own meals. The place is about a 15-20 minute drive to the beach.

Review 117：The down side would be the beds. Ours were lumpy and lopsided, kind of unstable, I could not sleep comfortably. If you need a cheap place to stay, I would recommend bringing in your own mattress topper though and a mechanical aptitude to be able to level the bed. Outside of the room in the parking lot and between the buildings there appeared to be some shady activity going on at night, as well as vagrants hanging out on a nearby street. Overall they didn't seem to approach you or appear to be a threat to your safety.
Review 118：I said I would recommend this hotel primarily based on affordability. The price is very good. The location is just off of I-10 which is great. The pointers on this hotel would have to be the size of the room. The room is very large and has a very nice size refrigerator, microwave, sink and cabinet area for long stays. The bathroom is very nice and there is ample storage drawers. The management is really nice and walk the property constantly trying to make sure everyone stays in order around the hotel.

Review 120：The breakfast was poorly stocked, and couldn't take so much as a cup of coffee back to the room. The shower curtain let a lot of water on the floor because it was just the liner, and not a proper curtain. The room was not properly stocked for use even as a partial kitchenette.

Review 122：The room needs repair. Badly patched drywall duct tape holding trim up in bathroom. Bathroom light fixture only had 2 out of 4 working light bulbs. Found three dead cockroaches my first morning. I know the place is run down a bit but it was actually a really comfortable room despite my issues and was a good experience despite what I saw. They did have crews working on maintenance in other room maybe I just got one if the old rooms that hadn't been touched yet.

Review 128：Very DIRTY room!!! The plaster was peeling off the walls, everything was either old or missing, remote had no batteries or back, no clock or coffee pot . Basically no amenities. The towels were like sandpaper on your skin. Our feet were black from just walking across the carpet so we had to wear our shoes all the time. The contental breakfast consist of bread for toast, a muffin, or plain cereal .Will not stay there again and will not stay there again. The beds were the only things clean. To top it off, the last day we were there I saw roaches in the kitchenette!!!!!!!!

Review 130：The check-in staff/clerk was very friendly. The male staff member was very rude to my wife and daughter when they went down for breakfast. The locals roaming around outside all evening and morning was a scary enough to make me second guess leaving my gun a home. These folks never approached me or my family but they were eying everyone moving in and out of the hotel. Each room had two doors, but you could not enter the outside door with you key card.

I was there for one night and ran into threeprostitues who openly admired what they were doing. Rap music wasblaring everywhere. I even heard fighting down the hall. The hotelattendants are rudd. We tried to leave and get our money back, theywouldn't refund us at all. I will never go here and I don'trecommend that anyone else does.
Review 133：As soon as you walk in you can smell how old the building is and the entire place is dark w/ very old decor. The rooms smelled as well. No wonder it was the ony Hotel w/ rooms available. Everywhere was sold out. I hate to put this out there but we also saw a roach in the restroom. I'm so glad we only stayed 1 night.
