Review 2：The staff, especially the general manager, was outstanding! I had a terrible problem with Booking.com (which I will never use again!) and the general manager cleared up my problem with Booking. Com so we could enjoy our stay.

Review 3：A Special Place on Lake Geneva, it's beautiful, close to everything in Lake Geneva, loved the room, décor, special touches, enjoyed the balcony and beautiful landscaping. PERFECT!

Review 4：we had an awesome view of the lake. The desk clerk was very helpful when we asked where a good place for pizza would be as well as breakfast. Was also a nice surprise when we were asked if we wanted our beds turned down! Nice touch Lake Geneva Inn!

Review 9：Service at the restaurant at dinner was poor. We waited at the table over 20 minutes with no contact and had to ask who our server was. Salad came out after the entree and only when reminded that it wasn't served. Although booking.com advertised breakfast was included, they only deducted $20 from the bill. When we asked about it, we were told that it was booking.com's error.

Review 10：The location was right on the Lake Shore Trail with lovely views from the dining room. Beds were very comfortable, turndown service was a nice touch, and they had free DVD & VHS movies at the front desk.
