Review 1：Very bad mattress. The A/C making a big noise, all the night (like flowing , even was off in our room!!!). Dirty bathroom. Nobody came to clean the room in 3 days (or take the garbage). No furniture for the terrace (table and chairs).
Review 2：The room was nice and had big terrace. Nice decoration.
Review 3：The hotel is in severe disrepair. The refrigerator in my room was broken, the faucet was clogged, some curtain rails were detached, and the air conditioner was so noisy that it was almost impossible to sleep when it was on. Front staff wasn't very helpful or friendly either.
Review 4：far from the seaside: 3500m not 500 like described, the beach is sinister dark, no lights; i didn't recognize the hotel and i was in front of it. dark as in a tomb comunity dogs in front of the hotel no spa, no pool, bad food, poor personell room with balcony and view meant a dark forrest in 2 meters from the balcony

Review 6：quiet place even when it's full of children very friendly staff very large rooms and bathrooms nice balcony good location if you just want to sleep and go to the beach in nearby towns (the beach in Kavarna is awful)
Review 7：It could be a very good hotel if it is managed well. It has the potential but in my opinion they simply waste it. I don't want to explain every single detail that bothers me, because they are numberous (i.e. broken door card reader, blood stained towels and toilet seat, broken curtain rays, dirty bathroom, very dirty kitchen equipments at the breakfast, very very dirty table cloths, no wifi for two days and only response from receptionist is 'it works in my phone anyway', staff like zombies, really.. and hotel is like haunted. also only hotel in Bulgaria I've stayed(1/4) that demands the payment at the first minute.) Long story short, If you don't have to, don't prefer it.
Review 8：-Well estabilished facilities -Very close to the town center but also somehow isolated. -Room is better than the pictures -My room has a lovely balcony (but no table or chairs) -Right next to a lovely park which Ronnie James Dio statue in it.
