Review 1：Dirty fingerprints on bathroom door and on wall behind towel rack. Light over table did not work. Owner said he didn't have bulb to fix it. No fan in bathroom so window had to be left open. Walls between rooms paper thin. Had crying baby and shower running at 2:30 a.m. TV stopped working one entire evening. Breakfast started at 8:00. Too late for most.
Review 2：Bed was comfortable with nice sheets and blankets. The room was unusually large.
Review 3：Definitely got what I paid for. Paid $169 for two nights. Walking up the room, I could see that the drapes were torn. Not a good sign, lol. Walked in and the room was pretty filthy. I'm not sure, but it looks like the attempted to update the rooms, but there were holes in the wall. Everything, and I mean everything was dirty, the tables, the walls, the bathroom. I'm just glad I brought slippers so I didn't have to walk on the carpet. There were pubic hairs left in the shower from the previous guest. The towels were a dingy yellow...but were originally white. Just a very sketchy place. There wasn't even a fitted sheet on the bed, just a flat sheet. I understand that lots of hotels/motels use flat sheets...but when I pulled the sheets back to check for bed bugs, there was a pad under the flat sheet...and it looked beyond dirty. It was a last minute booking, it was close to what we wanted to do. And we went in the off season. I can't imagine how much they charge during the summertime when the demand is high. I certainly wouldn't stay there again. And the parking is horrific. The stalls are so small, I was afraid of hitting other guest's cars just trying to get out of my vehicle.

Review 5：Front desk (owner of property) was rude. He proceeded to question my stay, lecturing me like I was a frat boy on holiday. I'm 50 yrs old along with my wife. "No parties" "No Pets or your out!. Terrible, I have never in all of my years of travel made to feel like I was a child. Would not recommend to anyone.

Review 7：I traveled with my two children and a friend and her children. Both rooms were dirty and dark. My room didn't have adequate lighting. Fixtures in bathroom were rusty. Sink was incredibly small and there was no counter space or hook in bathroom (no place to put any toiletries). Shower was bizarre and drainage was very slow. Food had been left in refrigerator. Electrical outlets were poorly installed and didn't work properly (dangerous). A headboard in my friend's room fell off the wall when she got into bed (dangerous). Continental breakfast was unimpressive (cheap bread and margarine for toast, two choices of cereal and bad coffee) - better plan to bring your own food. Poor value for the price I was charged. Will not stay again.

Review 15：Disgusting, DIRTY!!! We paid $100 a night to stay in a disgusting room. Half of it was under construction. The staff was extremely rude. THIS PLACE IS THE EQUIVALENT OF SLUM LANDLORDS OWNING A HOTEL!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Mold in the shower which leaked all over the floor. Dirty rug throughout, so nasty it would turn your feet black. Not Hotel grade at all. Dust and FILTH everywhere. I can't believe this place is still open. Everything in the room was dirty. You can tell these people just don't care about anything but making money. STAY ELSEWHERE!!! You can get a nice spot with same location and price without the disgust and headache!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!

Review 34：The motel looked drab and needs a full refurbishment. Mosquito nets on windows were torn, the fittings and fixtures need updating. Very basic,did not reflect the web page. Bedlinen needs replacing.

Review 46：the facility was under construction, the staff was unfriendly the room they advertised as an ocean view was stretching the truth. The toilet leaked and when asked to give us another room with king size bed we were told they had nothing comparable. There were only 5 vehicles in the parking lot all night. We paid for a room with a queen bed and I have closets bigger than the room. I had to argue about the rates. She was finally willing to take $10 off our bill. I stated the ad said $89 for ocean view, $79 for king room and $69 for queen room. She finally agreed to reimburse me the difference.

Review 48：first the online description did not match the room that we got. Room was kind of dingy patched walls nails holding up the light fixtures. Room was so warm we could not even enjoy the view. We were forced to leave front door open just to make it tolerable. Leaving no privacy. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone with out upgrades. Was very overpriced for a room like that. Feel like I was robbed taken advantage of.

I am active duty and to have my integrity brought into question and to disrespect my country in that way pains me. People of foreign nationals rarely show our flag/it's representatives any respect BUT they want to live within our society. Go back to your desert waste land and leave my country that I love and will die for

The toilet was leaking. The breakfast was poor even for a continental.

I know I wasn't ther to watch any dvds but I did want the refrigerator. Shouldn't advertise if it's not available. The bathroom screen on the window needed to be cleaned. Air could hardly flow through. There was continental breakfast included, noe of the staff gave any info about where that was located, times or how to get to the common balcony.
Review 78：The location is great, steps to the Morro Bay. That was the best part. The man at the counter was nice but I got a little attitude from the lady when I came back about the other ammendities.

Review 115：There were curtains torn, sheets didn't fit the bed. Bathroom was terrible, old and needs repair. You could see that the floor everywhere had been vaccumed in the middle of the area and no where else.

Sticky floor, sticky doors, hairs in bathtub of previous guest(s), mold on shower curtain, showered with slippers on since the bathtub was just disgusting. Although breakfast was included we preferred having it somewhere else. Manager was very rude and could not care less since we already paid for the room. There are much better and nicer places to stay in Morro Bay.

For breakfast the next day the "breakfast was in a tiny room barely able to hold three tables which were full and all they had to eat were three bag cereals some milk, packaged muffins, and white bread to toast. So we went out for breakfast. Upon returning and relaxing in the room we received a call that it was 11:15 and we need to be out of our room by 11. It was rude and made the whole stay awash. If this was the last hotel in Morro Bay I would keep driving.
