Review 1：Was gone for 10 hours on Sunday and upon return my room had not been cleaned. They said the room was not on their list for cleaning. There was two long strands of hair in the bath tub when we checked in and a smashed bug on the wall. Coffee pot not cleaned, and had to ask for more coffee twice on the days they did clean.

Review 2：Terrible construction mess surround two sides of building; really could hardly find how to enter the property when we arrived mid-evening in the dark. Not your fault, but pretty bad. No hair dryer; despised the $1.50 per day charge for the security box. That's a real rip.i did get a refund, but it smacks of taking advantage of the hurried, confused traveler.

Review 6：The people above me had domestic arguments two nights in a row at 3am and was throwing motel furniture around. I figured my complaint the first night to front desk would solve this but they were at it again the second night. Also my room was very damp even with ac going. The room had a strong smell of mold.

Review 7：The television goes out when it rains and Camille, front desk clerk, was nonapologeti or accommodating. When asked about reducing the rate or providing credit, I was told the owners know and other customers were complaining. I will not be returning.

Review 18：Route 59 and Diehl Rd have been under construction for YEARS. This Red Roof is way too close to all of that, and the almost CONSTANT construction noise around this particular hotel makes it one you may want to avoid until about 2016! Many days the considerable noise started at 4-5 AM, and even putting a pillow over my head didn't block out the noise!

Much to my surprise, I didn't recognize the place - it has been totally and tastefully remodeled, and is nicely decorated. The room was clean and comfortable - (the beds surprisingly so.) Free wi-fi worked a little slow, but acceptable.
