Review 1：advertised as five star, should be five star in and out of season. Place virtually closed up, Restaurant was the worst part. Very poor choice of food, orange juice at breakfast was an extra 9 lira. sullen waiters, well plate collectors, they served nothing. hardly any english spoken. If it was possible to walk to a restaurant outside we would of. Nice area but we wont return, put off by this place.

Review 5：Service. No help with carrying out luggage to our rooms. No one even showed us to our room we had to find it ourselves. Not something you expect from a 5 star resort. One day they decided to not clean our room at all. We had the please clean room sign on all day yet nothing was done. Had to reuse dirty towels and buy toilet paper. Also requested a shaving razor and was told it would be brought up in 10 minutes. Called back after an hour. They said its on its way. Still nothing. After third request nothing was still done so I gave up. Not the service you associate with a 5 star resort.

Review 8：hotel has a perfect location with facilities. we have 1.5 year old boy, i can clearly say that hotel is kid friendly and the staff was so kind. ı forgot my pürse in the hotel after check out they called me back urgently. we were out of the city but they followed till i caould reach it. they were really helpful. ıt has an open buffet and the food was really delicious.

Review 9：Not really much to complain about. The included meals have ample variety and tasted good although not really gourmet level. Beach is rocky and area is windy in the afternoon.

Review 10：Beautiful pool and beach area. Comfortable spacious room. There was an herbal soap that we loved. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fresh sea bream at one of the included dinners.

Cleaning + fresh towels available each day. But there is some area for improvement for cleaning of the bathroom (floor is cleaned each 2 days). Personel: always a big smile and professional. Well deserved 5*. Sea: clean beach + clean sea (Cesme can be windy. To be considered when travelling with kids.) We visited private beaches in Ciftlikköy / Altinkum (went there by our own car). If you seek alternate beaches, these areas are great options. Private free parking

Review 17：We did not have a very warm welcome from the front desk staff. Ms. Zeynep was very bossy and rude. Fortunately, front desk manager was very understanding and helped us to solve the problem. Thanks

Review 18：Staff is poorly trained. Hotel has difficulty in operating at full capacity. Check-in is advertised at 2:00 pm but our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:00 pm. We had to wait for another half hour or 45 minutes and our room -for some reason- was changed in the meantime giving us a much lower floor than mentioned. Dinner starts at 7:00 pm and is supposed to continue until 9:30. But if you arrive at 7:15, good luck to find a table. Staff is too inexperienced to handle even common and simple problems.

Review 19：Location is terrific. Beach is extremely convenient and enjoyable. Rooms are comfortable. The ones with a balcony have a very nice view of the Aegean sea.

Review 22：Cons were mainly around the buffet for breakfast and dinner. There was a good choice overall but it was pretty much the same every day and the food was not exceptional. Not much of daily specials or if there was, it was gone in the first 30 min of the restaurant opening. The area is still mainly popular with Turkish tourists and that was reflected in the hotel. I think that is actually great and we never had great difficulties to find somebody speaking English but you might be missing out on events and other activities if you do pay attention and don't ask for information. The hotel beach is not the best beach you will find in the area but the staff are working on maintaining it.

Rooms are nice and relatively spacious. try to avoid rooms at the extreme ends of the main building as they either lack a balcony or do not have the best views. The view from the rooms are great especially on the top floors. overall a very good 5 stars hotel in the cesme area.

Review 30：A fantastic hotel with excellent facilities! We had a couple of nights here to relax before our trip home and found the hotel to have everything we needed. Quiet, clean, comfortable room on the 8th floor with fantastic sea view. Half board was included in the tariff and both breakfast and dinner were pretty huge!!! Heaps of choices and heaps of food! The best shower we had in the whole of Turkey! The staff were helpful and very attentive at all times. Would definitely recommend.

Review 85：There was quite a large Italian tour and basically they received preferential treatment at the expense of the other guests. Most of the dinner tables outside were reserved for the group and empty for a good 2 hours. After dinner there was some entertainment for the group ( an Italian dude with a guitar singing off-key till midnight) which made it impossible to sleep. I guess the management tried to make a bit of extra revenue at the end of their first and already shortened season. I hope it's just a beginner's mistake for a hotel that has the potential to be the best hotel in the area.

Review 86：The beach is priceless. Cesme is usually windy but we caught a lucky break and really enjoyed the sea. The hotel is recently renovated and the room had a contemporary feel. We booked a room with sea view but got only a "side view". After our complaint we were given a room with a proper view immediately without any fuss. The staff was helpful and attentive except a small blunder by one of the waiters.

Review 87：There was a very loud wedding ceramony until 01:30. We could sleep only after that time. Unfortunately, hotel staff started collecting the plastic chairs from the ceramony at 05:00 in the morning in a very loud way and it was not possible to sleep at all after that time. Ask the hotel if there is a wedding in the hotel on the night of your stay, if you want to be able to sleep that night.
