Review 1：It was disgusting, biggest mistake ever,roachs crawling on the bed, no blind in the bathroom,room was smokey like someone just smoked in the. I got a refund and slept in the car with my ill husband. This was the worst experience ever.
Review 2：I first of reserved a room with a kitchenette didn't get that. Thena bug jumped on me.I'm so scared of bugs that I just slapped it offme without looking at it. Short story bed bugs!!!!

Review 4：Motel located in a very bad area. The room was unbelievably dirty, with blood stains on the bed sheets and the blankets. Had to sleep with my clothes on, out of the covers.

Review 6：No cooking utensils or pots n pans. Very dreary in side of room. WiFi stunk floors were old.And the last day stay included unwanted insects.

Review 8：German cockroaches, nothing worked, was suppose to have sunk and stove but it wasn't ever there. Fridge didn't work at all and microwave sounded like it was about to blow up. Bed , which I put my own bedding on, made u sink in middle. Had to use bleach and clean bathroom myself.
Review 9：The room was very dim, with no overhead lighting, and only two small lamps with 40-watt bulbs. The bathroom light had only a 40 watt bulb, and NO power outlets on the walls. The only place to plug in a hair dryer was on the bathroom light fixture and you must be 6 ft. tall to reach it!! I am a 5' 4" woman. There was a rack to hang clothes, but no hangers.
Review 10：I was there for only one night, in town for a funeral. My room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the shower was roomy with good water pressure.
Review 11：The room looked like it had been broken into - bent screen frame, dents in entrance door and hole in bathroom screen. Bathroom mold on walls, floor & showers, Smelled like cigarette smoke-asked for non-smoking. TV wire hanging out of wall. Manager pleasant, but not honest. Couldn't answer any questions about dining or entertainment in area. Basically, the place was a real dump and we really didn't sleep.
Review 12：The place had bed bugs!!! Had to leave in middle of the night and find somewhere else to stay and spend more money. Now my family has all these bites on them.
Review 13：No ventilation, mold, dirty, no electricity in bath, gave us a pole lamp with extension cord in the bath for light, no toilet paper, no Kleenex. I wouldn't pay 20. A night for this place!

Review 45：That the Palm Beach Motel has a similar name and I was confused. The Palm City is on the of what I would consider and the Palm beach is out of the question.
Review 46：We disliked everything and could not believe the condition of this motel. The sofa was so dirty and stained that we kept away from it. the shower floor was old and dirty and chipped. the towels at least one was stained.We protected our feet with socks and I forgot my flip flops so I tied 2 plastic bags on my feet so as to not walk on the dirty rug. The bathroom door was about 2-3 inches shorter then the floor and the wood on the inside of the door was peeled off in sections. They have a stove there with rust on it, we did not use and had no reason to use. The motel supplied 1 BAR of soap that the measurements were about 1 inch by 1 inch. that's it. We didnot even shower there and sponged bath in the sink.Thank god the window air conditioner worked. The room was $ 69.00 plus tax. terrible. It was A very run down Motel and WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Review 50：The room was very old and needed to be upgraded. There was no place to hang clothes, no closets, only small hooks. TV wires hanging on the wall. We saw three roaches and killed them. Bedspreads had cigarette burns,a used beer can under the bed. No air direction grate on the A/C and the unit was noisy. The whole room needed to be painted.The toilet leaked and no extra toilet paper. Drapes looked like hanging bolts of material.

If you want to retain any semblence of credibility you will inspect room 108 and close the reference to this establishment in your listings!!!
Review 54：Filthy,noisy drunk neighbors, air conditioner bad, bed lumpy,,not enough lights that worked, stained towels, had to pay under table for pets, outside was cluttered with debris and trash, garbage cans full and stinky. Health department needs to INSPECT property.

Review 56：You should know that though there is a kitchen the oven and stove didnot look as if they could work. The also weren't any glasses, cups,plates, pots, pans or cutlery. There were only plastic cups. The placefeels run-down and cheap but it had everything we needed. If you have acar them the place is easily reachable.

Review 60：The price we paid, while the least expensive we could find in-seasonnearest to Fort Meyers, was too much for what we got, which was a roomwith curtains tacked to the walls, a bathroom door that neededreplacing, a florescent light bulb above a sink that needed a cover,walls and ceiling that needed to be patched and painted, a bathroomthat needed renovating. Any semblance of luxury was missing. We weresomewhat glad that the majority of time we were in the room would bespent sleeping!
