Review 1：The main longer pool too much chlorine that itches my eyes even under new googles. Met and told female owner on last day. Lane leading to beach blocked and a bunch of dogs barking and chasing. Only incident despite dogs everywhere else in area. These dogs not friendly or docile. Would be great to have dressing gown and slippers or flip flop in room and for pool area. Very small safe, unreliable as risk of batterries coming out as no back cover. Also concerned that cleaners have keys to safe instead of controlled by management. Noticed a few cleaners/staffs in room down the corriddor for a long time with no apparent activities?? Noises generated by other thai guests especially families or couples talking loudly and making noises outside around pool areas. Would be great to have more international English speaking programmes or movies.
Review 2：Everything was great. Met female owner last day and she was warm, friendly and helpful. Like the fact that staff discreet and quiet. Sufficient international English speaking news to keep informed.

Review 5：Kai and his team were amazing, friendly and flexible! His hospitality of dropping us off to all his favourite places and restaurants made the trip so much more authentic and memorable! We stayed at a fancy place on the beach for our last two days but wishes we spent it at Villa Gris!
Review 6：Could do with a few other toiletry amenities, rugs around and in front of the room and fitted blanket/duvet cover. Better bikes for loan would be great too!
Review 7：Location is close to the beach, few restaurants accessible by walking, bicycle or driving. Hotel surroundings are peaceful, rooms are exceptionally clean & tidy. Breakfast (included in room rate) included everything from ABF to salad greens and traditional Thai cuisine, delicious too!

Review 9：This hotel is really great place - new, modern and elegant, with 2 nice pools. Rooms are big and very comfortable, we had triple room and it was perfect for family with 2 small kids. Very big and comfortable beds. Very good breakfast selection.Not directly at the beach but it takes 10 min walk to the beach, there are also free bikes to use. Beach is nice, wide and sandy, perfect for kids. Nearby many affordable restaurants and spa places, this part of Pranburi is very pleasent to stay, green and quiet. We loved our stay there, great value for money we paid
Review 10：The swimming pool was closed too early at 7 pm. The breakfast is too minimal. Although the hotel is not far from the beach, it is hotel is located deep in an alley. There were dogs chasing after and barking fiercely at us while we were riding bikes back to the hotel at night. This could be unsafe from attacks from dogs!

Review 12：Location may not be good for some 'posh' people as it reminded me my village. Bicycles easy target for dogs 'chilling' around the whole area. Noise from construction site might wake you up, breakfast was of poor quality-coffee really bad- but would definitely stay again at this hotel if coming back to Pran Buri. But why come back to Pran Buri???
Review 13：Hotel is an excellent choice for someone that wants to visit Pran Buri and not interested in paying the extra money for a seasided resort. Excellent staff and people all over the area. Hotel provides -free of charge-bicycles to go around. Pool is small but fun to use.
