Review 1：They have serious problem with sound isolation. We could hear louder in our room (two floors up), cook from kitchen banging meat into snitzels, then down on reception, next to it. And if someone is speaking in hallway, it feels as door are wide open. We have stayed 3 nights, and we couldn't wait to go back home for proper sleep.

Review 3：the studio's bathroom has access only from the bedroom, less convenient when having younger children; parts of the furniture have minor issues; the kitchenette has no cutlery assured, only 2 glasses

Review 6：It has one of the best views of the seaside and the sunset/sunrise is fabulous. The staff is very kind and the best thing about Reyna is that is opened all season, which means you can plan a trip also in a stormy winter.

Review 9：Despite I gave the hotel 10 points and definitely will stay there again, I would like to point out that last 3 days of our 2 weeks stay we had problem with the hot water that wasn't fixed upon our departure. Also we had a drain problem but it was solved next day. Also I did not like that the staff were smoking right at the reception, despite reception and a restaurant are in the same hall and smoking is allowed, it is simply not nice and rude to smoke in front of guests of the hotel and clients of the restaurant!
Review 10：The hotel is a great place for leisure. It's just max15minutes walk from the City Mall and a beautiful large park. The staff is excellent! We were travelling with two 2y.o. toddlers, the staff offered us to keep double pushchair downstair so we didn't carry it up to the room number of times a day. Our studio apartment was on the third floor, studio was as described - large, cosy, highly finished, had a double comfortable bad and all the facilities, a cot was settled in the room upon our arrival as requested. Despite on the site it was written that breakfast is not included in the room rate, the staff confirmed before the arrival that breakfast is included and we did not have any problems then. Everyday we ordered lunch delivered to the room and I would like to thank the staff for the great service! It is not so easy to carry so many plates to the third floor but I've never seen any sign of displeasure, the staff was always very polite and helpful! Also i would like to thank a cleaning lady for her great assistance! Restaurant is amazing, staff, food, service is up to high standards!
Review 11：Breakfast doesn't exist. The place is more a restaurant than hotel. No elevator. My suite at first floor with windows on restaurant terrace: all people can see you on bathroom!! Very bad experience!!

Review 13：The staff was amazingly friendly! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed and so at home. Our room had an amazing view of the sea and we loved spending time at the beach which was just recently made and very nice. We also really appreciated the cleanliness of our room. The housekeeper is amazingly sweet and our room was absolutely spotless each day. The restaurant is also wonderful - great food, wonderful service and with a beautiful view of the sea. Any time we will be in Constanta again, we will definitely stay at Vila Reyna.
Review 14：Everything was great ! our room was big and with a wonderful view on the sea , always perfectly clean . The restaurant has got a good choice of dishes and an unforgettable view on the sea . Thank you very, very much to all the wonderful staff of the Hotel Reyna but a particular thanks from Ombretta to Christina .. I often travel but , believe me , I have never met a so nice person in the hotel reception : she was always smiling , helpful and a very , very kind person . We hope to visit villa Reyna again !
Review 15：Unfortunately, the shower in the Deluxe apartment did not function as it should have done because the water pressure was not high enough. It took some time to get a shower all four of us after we were on the beach. The area around the hotel is a kind of a... ghost from the communist time, but one would forget about that when inside the hotel or restaurant. Anyhow, if you want to go to the beach, the very short way there makes you sad because of the garbage. It's such a shame because the beach would be a very fine one, if it would be clean enough. Maybe the hotel could do something about that; they should try to speak to the town administration, they should require that the local politicians should fix the problem. It's not about big investments; it should be some sort of garbage containers, some temporary ones at least in the summer season.
Review 16：We stayed three days at villa Reyna in the beginning of july 2015. We had a Deluxe apartment and a regular one. Both apartments had view over the sea, but the biggest one had the most wonderful view, especially during the sunrise(that means that you have to wake up to see it, in the beginning of July around 5 o'clock). The rooms are clean and can give a feeling of luxury. The personal is kind, smiley and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant and the view over the sea is... wonderful!!! We took all our meals there and the food is tasty, various and at affordable prices. The waiters were kind and service minded. We wish to visit villa Reyna again!
Review 17：It's the little things that complete the greater picture. Everything seems a little dated and not really taken care of: low water pressure, air conditioning bearly working - please, take time to reinspect and update your facilities.

Review 21：There wasn't coffee or tea facilities. The villa is tucked away so we had to use taxi service all the time. It was cheap but you need to be careful what taxi you get in as we got conned once and the driver was a nasty drunken fella. We just wanted to get out and paid the guy.
Review 22：The hotel itself was pretty and quiet but that's because we went late October, the weather was dull and raining. We had the top studio accommodation looking out to the sea. It was very clean and lovely interior. You choose breakfast from the menu and we had dinner later on. The food was excellent and fresh.
Review 23：They have a pool, but it's not to use. Of course this doesn't matter at all since the beach is right there, but I just found it odd that they built it anyway. Fascinating! :)

Also, the hotel is right next to a lovely beach, which is not so crowded as the Mamaia area. Very nice staff, rooms etc. Would go back if I could!

Review 58：Arriving at the place , while we booked as 3 persons , we found only towels and bed made for 2. There were no bed linens/sheets for a third . When i went asking for a third set, the personnel seemed disturbed by the request ( it was indeed 1 am in the morning ). The next day however, the situation was fixed. We made a reservation for dinner . While extended wait is a normal thing considering the load and the nature of cooking, i think for an 9 pm reservation to get the food at 10-30 and cold it's a bit much.

Review 68：The hotel predominantly catered to the restaurant crowd rather than the hotel guests. We constantly had to grab the attention of the staff at the counter to request directions and make inquiries. The staff sprayed the restaurant floor with pesticides in the morning while hotel guests were still eating their breakfast outside. The hotel advertised a pool, and the price of course reflects that, however the guests were only allowed to use the pool until 2pm because it's located in the middle of the restaurant patio. There were no pool chairs or sitting area and there was a vacuum cleaner in the pool until later in the evening, when pool access was no longer allowed. Overall, poor hotel guest service.
Review 69：I went with my boyfriend to this hotel. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the beautiful seaside view from the room. The size of the room was also substantive and the restaurant in the hotel was one of the best in the city, particularly renowned for the food and romantic view.
