Review 1：The room was dirty, the bathroom and mirror was filthy, the microwave outside was filthy (wasn't going to touch it), there are holes in the wall. The bed had no blanket...in January... We asked for a blanket and they gave us a used blanket off of their couch!!!! This place is terrible....DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Review 3：First of all, that score should have been zero, but booking.com did its own calculation and made it 3.3. There was one man running the show and he was too busy to take care of anything. He let us stood outside in the cold for about 10 minutes before letting us check in because he was cleaning a room. However, our room was not vacuumed or wiped. There was thick dust on the headboard, blinds, and windowsill. There was a hair on the pillow that didnt belong to us and a cobweb in the corner of the room. There was a dead spider in our bathroom which we told him about and he defended himself by saying it was not removable because it has fused with the floor. We went back to our room and moved it with paper. We asked him to clean the room next day and he didn't. What made us really unhappy was his ability to deal with the situation. Instead of being apologetic he was defensive and did not offer any solution to our problem. Also the photos online looked nothing like the actual place. The room we had did not have a couch or a bathtub. The covers were not what it looked like in the photo. Our cover had a rip and stains on it. We even asked to switch room and he told us he had no room but we bumped into two girls looking for a room and he offered them a room to check out first before they made their decision. So he lied to us. We would have changed our stay from two to one but it was during peak season, there was nothing available.

Review 4：We did not like anything about our stay except that it was located close to a really good bar called copper coil and the town was surrounded with beautiful snowy mountains.

Review 5：The place was dirty, no lock on the washroom door, didn't do any room service. Rude staff. Not worth it for the money you pay. Might as well sleep in your car.

Review 7：too close to noisy bar, room not clean (hair in bathroom) bathroom so small you could not close the door,sink so small that the water sloshed out on to my feet, which were in my shoes, as the floor was not clean, room smelled of cig smoke, no blankets, just one thin bedspread.

Review 9：Squalor Worst decision of my travelling life staying here. The only thing missing were Blood stains on wall to give a crime scene effect like from a movie.

Review 10：It's an old property so I didn't expect too much, but that's no excuse for not keeping it clean. The bed & sheets were fine but the place had dust, crumbs of food on the floor, cobwebs in the corners. Overall grubbiness put us off using any kitchen items or walking barefoot anywhere.

Review 12：Cleaning could be better, more of a quick clean rather than a good hotel cleaning but for the price it was great. Found $10 under the night table so we figured the vacuum hadn't got there. Air conditioner was very noisy but it worked well.

Review 14：Heres a list: blood in bathroom, walls are filthy, garbage under beds and on floor, dust bunnies and hair everywhere, no wash clothes, mold in bathroom, stairs to 2nd floor are rotten, front desk thinks its clean enough. Absolutely disgusting. Couldnt let me 1 year old crawl. She was gathering hair and dust bunnies in her clothes, fingers and mouth.

Review 16：Staff lied to us and we ended up having to stay elsewhere for the first night because they left early but said they were there. The shower curtain didn't even touch the bottom of the shower, causing the entire bathroom to flood. We found a nickel pressed into the bedsheets of the "clean" bed.

Review 22：Premises are not clean- the place needs a thorough cleaning to get even close to a 1 star rating. Even the outside stairs had not been cleaned for a very long time - the bathroom was not clean - shower was acceptable as far as water was concerned but it was dirty and the shower curtain was a joke.

No one at the hotel was able to give us any information about it. My family didn't like the hotel at all so I tried to cancel one night (originally booked two) right after we arrived and it took me about 45 minutes of arguing with the guy in the front desk who had to call the owners who charged me half the price for the second night The tv did not worked. The second bed was tilted to one side

Review 61：I didn't feel like the room was very clean. The tub was completely black on the bottom (I needed to wear shoes to shower). There were also some very suspicious stains on the rug.
