Review 1：Everything was perfect.
Review 2：Super friendly staff. We didn't know if we would make it in time so we called. They offered to wait if necessary and halfway our trip they even texted if everything was going ok.
Review 3：The kitchen was too small for cooking, it's good only to have a breakfast and store something fresh in the fridge.
Review 4：Iwa center is located near of the center of Vrnjacka Banja in a quite place. The center offers wellness products as: jacuzzi, massage and sauna, you can have them for a small price. Staff is very kind, you have only to ask them what you need and they'll provide. The room was very clean and every day our towels have been changed. Wi-fi is available in the room. At the end, Iwa Center is a lovely place where you can have a very good time if you are going to spend some day in Vrnjacka Banja.
Review 5：Shower bottom filled up quickly with water so had to wait for it to drain out. Towel rack broken on arrival. Construction workers outside our balcony early in the morning, but otherwise very good overall.

Review 7：Location, hospitality and good equipped facility are at the top rate. Also, apartment is very neat, clean, nicely decorated with child friendly interior. Spa services are at the highest level. All in all, leisure in it's best!
Review 8：The bed was not as comfortable as we hoped, but it was okay. Its located on top of a very small hill, so there is a couple of minutes of cardio in it for everyone. :)
Review 9：The staff was very friendly, great value for money, just a short walk to the central Vrnjačka Banja park. Stores were very close and the spa part of the property was pretty good.
Review 10：The kitchen area had most things we needed, but not a table. Even a small table with 4 chairs would've been nice. A couple minor maintenance problems with the bathroom. There's a basketball hoop out back (they do advertise themselves as a wellness center), but there was no hoop, just the backboard. (To be honest, it's not like I knew this and didn't bring a ball, but let's say I had or maybe one was available from the hotel; we wouldn't have been able to use it.)
Review 11：The staff! Thanks to our car breaking down, we had a ton of interaction with the staff and even the owner of the center. They were all unbelievably helpful, patient, and always professional and resourceful. They went above and beyond in their efforts to help us out. Plenty of parking and it's all close. We could pay by credit card (that's not always true in Europe and especially not true with the apartments that we prefer to use because of our family size). Internet worked just fine. TV worked, but we didn't use it much at all. Location wasn't awesome as it's kind of out of the downtown area, but Vrnjačka Banja is a small town, so everything's walkable. Taxis are relatively cheap there, too. Decently equipped kitchen area with enough plates and utensils for us and a couple pots and pans if you want to make some pasta and sauce or other simple thing. Small fridge, too.
Review 12：The shower with jacuzzi was abandoned and not functioning properly. The boiler cannot support using by two people. There heater in the bathroom was cut off. One of the contacts above the kitchen shelve had no voltage. And most of all - the prices for using the SPA at the hotel were 4 times higher than at the Merkur hotel, which is famous for its mineral water pool.
Review 13：The studio was well equipped, spacious, with a TV, WiFi, a balcony, cuttlery, cooking utensils. The personnel was very polite and helpful. The massage was very good.

We were traveling with a small child and had many requests (baby cot, extra kitchenware, etc) which the staff was happy to accommodate. There is an excellent spa with many optional treatments (massages, sauna, jacuzzi etc) for a reasonable price, I wish we had more time to enjoy it.
