Review 3：On top of the room being very bad, People walking around drinking/smoking hanging outside rooms, not a safe environment,drunk men roaming halls looking for prostitutes all hours 12am-5am of the night, booming music, talking loudly. Wouldn't stay here unless you are armed. Room was dirty sheets have stains on covers looks like theyve never been cleaned (used my own blankets and pillows and laid sheet on top of bed had I not had these I would not have stayed at all) carpets are gross not clean stains all over, mini fridge was not on and working and had duct tape on the inside, microwave was dirty, lampshades have stains on them lights in room very dim, no electric sockets to plug into, very out dated, no wifi as advertised, bathroom was disgusting hairs all over stained dingy towels (towels looked as if they had been washed just refolded & fanned out), bathtub was dirty bar soap chunk in tub with hairs on it tub had not been cleaned (went to buy my own towel & bleach just so I could take a shower) had to cover a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom, toilet did not work properly,there was no working fire alarm in room or fire sprinkler, not even a fire extinguisher.. light switches were grimy, and had junk on them. Glass in peep hole busted, window surtains dont shut properly. I could go on... This place needs to be shut down, not just for uncleanness but for safety violations and hazards. I have no idea how they had passed safety codes to stay in business!

Had I not been so tired from driving 20 hours, I would've fought on getting a refund and not stayed at this horrible, I was not familiar with area and had never been here to this city and booked room blindsided, it is nothing but run down hole in the wall, lock your cars and take out any valuables or you'll just be asking for trouble, people are just looking for an open opertunity to rob you here

Had to transact registration through plexiglass window making it difficult to communicate with clerk.

Plus the TV didn't even have a remote! The bathroom was incredibly disgusting! It was so gross we wouldn't shower there. There was only one bath towel and two small towels all of which were dirty. There were also large bugs in the bathroom. One of the worst parts was there was no toilet paper in our room at all! I'm sorry but that is unacceptable! When I told the front staff about the issues, they didn't seem to care at all For $107.00 a night, I want my money back!

Since I was staying for 2 days by myself, I definitely made it a point to be back and locked in my room before it got dark. The motel is old and it definitely shows its age. They are renovating, however, they have a long way to go. Everything is just very used and dated. I was surprised to see there was no mini frig in the room, I had to go out and purchase a small cooler to keep drinks and other food I brought cold. I guess I was surprised because most hotel/motels have a mini frig these days. The room was very smelly, both cigarette and musty smell mixed together.
Review 75：The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He is the only one I encountered during my stay and he did make me feel a little safer in the area. I also noticed while I was checking-in that they have a continuous surveillance camera that shows images on a computer monitor of the property and areas surrounding. On another note, the bathroom had good water pressure. That's about all of the good stuff.

Review 83：We arrived late and needed two rooms. After exchanging our son'sfamilies room for a different one and getting them settled in, we hadtime to go into our room. First of all, the air was not turned on tocool it prior to arrival even though we had reservations waiting. All ofthe rooms were like ovens. When we checked the bathroom, it was the mostdisgusting thing we ever encountered in all of our travels over theyears. The toilet bowl was filled with hundreds of bugs (probablymosquitoes) and there were some more bugs lining the countertop aroundthe sink area. After one flush the bugs did not all do down. My rule ofthumb is if a room has bugs get out of there right away. Do not ask fora different room! Due to the lateness of our arrival we just asked tosee a different room. The management asked us if we saw roaches or whatkinds of bugs they were. All of the rooms were disgusting. Non of thelinens were white, the rooms were filthy. We did not get the fridge andmicrowave as advertized. It was in a very bad neighborhood.Unfortunately we booked the room without reading any reviews. We shouldhave just drove into Orlando and avoided staying at this dump. Ourson's room had some bugs in it including roaches, rodent droppings,etc. It was hard to even think about laying our heads down on the dirtylinens and think about sleeping after seeing all the bugs and filtharound us. My husband said it was not safe for me to go out to the carovernight. Our grandson saw a police car parked directly next to our carduring the night. Please do future travelers a favor and do not promotethis motel.
