Review 1：My normal room "Superior King" wasn't available on ground floor. The room we were given was tiny and cramped by Red Roof standards. The wireless internet was very marginal and repeatedly disconnected as signal was so weak. Noght desk clerk was not helpful. It was strange that my Superior King wasn't avalible as occupancy could not have exceeded 25% on that night. Red Roof needs to inspect this property as it would force them to give up Franchise or renovate.
Review 2：This is the worst staff I've ever dealt with. I pride myself on being a nice person but these people were impossibly to deal with, and weren't helpful for understanding. I wasted my money here

Review 6：Our no-smoking room smelled like smoke, the complimentary coffee was horrible. The place was clean yet it had a dirty feel to it. The beds are awful and you can feel the springs in your back. Definite upgrade needed. The air conditioners climate control doesn't work very well.

Review 18：The woman at the check in desk was very friendly. She acted as though she had helped me before (which she hadn't). The room was on the ground floor (I prefer), and I was able to park right in front of it.

Review 51：Our room was not clean: The room had a wet/musky smell to it. The floor was dirty and would leave your feet black when walking across it barefoot. The bathroom was also not cleaned well enough, especially the toilet. There was what appeared to be mold on the bathroom ceiling. There were stains on the bed comforter, and dried mud on the dust ruffle. The door entering the room barely worked, with us having to try multiple times to open it.

Review 58：Where do I begin? We got there at 6 pm, checkin was at 4pm and my roomwasn't ready. It wouldn't be ready until after 8pm due to lackof housecleaners. They rave about it being an all non smoking facilitybut it obviously used to be a smoking facility. Terrible smells. Thequeen size beds are actually full size, I'm not sure how they aregetting around that. They charge you $10 extra a night for 15 year oldmini fridge and microwave that hardly work. I won't stay again. AndI'm also frustrated with this site for giving my rating a 3.3 when Igave the lowest score possible except 2 areas....very sketchy.

Review 60：Old cigarette butts outside the rooms=Stale stinky rooms. My clothsreeked after this stay. People don't seem to honor the no smokingsigns. Maids barely got around to cleaning rooms; when they did, itdidn't look much better than before.

Review 91：I asked for a 1st floor room and I was told they couldn't guarantee me a 1st floor room but if there was one available I’d get it. I ended up getting a 2nd floor room that I wasn’t happy about but that’s was fine. But to find that there wasn’t any elevator to the 2nd floor now that disturbed me. I have a hard time walking up stairs but carrying things while walking up steps, now that’s a different story. Even though it was only one flight of stairs I had to make 3 separate trips. This turned into 6 trips when you count coming and going. I feel Red Roof Inn should be avoided by anyone who has a disability or is elderly and has a hard time walking up and down stairs.
