Review 1：The noise from other rooms and hallways was terrible and little done by management. After someone complained the noise / music was turned up. Noise went from 12 to 3:30 am.
Review 2：There is a pool accessible to everyone but there is no gym as mentioned in the photos.
Review 3：The room was big with a closet side and a nice bathroom. The room was so clean, comfortable, well furnished, mini bar full of everything. It is a 10 min walking to the gate of Mamaia. The breakfast was tasty. The wifi was great. I do recommend.
Review 4：The carpet was obviously very dirty. I would have preferred not having a carpet, which would have been easier to clean. The shower would have also needed a bit of repairing.
Review 5：The room had a lot of light. Staff was friendly at breakfast. Breakfast room was nice and clean.
Review 6：- The fact that the price from bookings was announced as special offer and the hotel I found by searching 4 stars hotel. The rooms were worse or nothing as the pictures from bookings and at the reception we found they have 3 and 4 stars rooms and the price announced as special was in fact the listed price for 3 stars room. So misleading offer!!!
Review 7：We had to switch rooms because the initial one had a very dirty carpet and molding in the bathroom. The last few days there was a distinct urine smell in the hallway. The pool is not free of charge for guests and it's shadowed by the hotel, so there is no point in going there before noon.

Review 9：Closed swimming pool Extremely poor breakfast. We had only eggs and some burned croissants. The only espresso option was awful. They had a professional espresso machine but they offered us the cheap stuff. The photos don't reflect the exact picture of the rooms. The AC was not functional. We only found out about this in the last hours of the stay since the weather was pretty good and we didn' needed it, but still ... four stars hotel

Review 11：Very poor reception. Does not speak respectfully, coold, like they do you a favor . I will not come back at any hotel where staff attitude is lacking, even though the hotel itself is ok.
Review 12：Four-star hotel, but more a three stars. I liked the bathroom, shower are among the largest that we have seen. An excellent hotel for a family.
Review 13：On Saturday evening there was a wedding in the hotel restaurant and we could hear the specific peasant music on the corridor. Though, inside the room it was quiet. The parking is very small and, with that wedding going on, we had to park on the opposite side of the road, quite far from the hotel.

Review 17：Unfortunately the incompetent and lousy management of Hotel Boulevard,from which I am client for some years, was able to ruin all the positiveimage I had about this hotel.It´s unacceptable that I was not able to sleep, because until 2 am there was a bothering noise coming from the pool bar, and after two calls to the reception asking kindly to stop it, nothing happened.
Review 18：Very poorly signposted exit,the rooms have no evacuation maps in case it starts to burn, dark corridors, no signs if you want to go to the reception it took us 10 minutes to come out, they smoke everywhere, even in the restaurant .
