Review 1：The plumbing needs to be updated
Review 2：Nice office personnel and housekeepers. Quaint and comfortable room with a nice private back patio and indoor jacuzzi with yummy goodies to share like a carmel apple pie from a local baker and chocolates
Review 3：The bathroom especially the water I was very disappointed in the facilities and the water had a very bad smell ~ and the outside had no curb appeal and was not kept well

Review 5：There was salt spilled on the top of the microwave, and a large hairball on the floor in the bathroom. The water for the oversized tub ran very slowly, and was unbearably hot. Outside could use some sprucing up

Review 7：We stayed one night in the Dreamcatcher suite, and did not want to leave! The suite was almost dreamy, with wooden looking walls, cute little lights on top of the bed and the whirlpool, and of course, the relaxing sight of the fireplace. The view from the patio was also amazing. Because we went in the winter, we could not sit outside for long. But we could see the view from the bed, as well as from the fireplace area, because the patio has two sets of doors. We will definitely come back here and recommend it to friends!

Review 9：Wife and I needed a short, quick, romantic getaway. This was it! Friendly staff, they have thought of everything! Stayed in the Dreamcatchers suite, we had a great romantic stay.

Review 16：Complex old with feel of strip motel (which it was originally). Price excessive for quality of rooms. Wine provided was $3 variety (and gave me a huge headache). Continental breakfast same every day--no variety. Water in bath tub inexplicably shifted from hot to cold to hot again. Units probably much more attractive in winter with snow on the ground. Nice stay for one or two nights, but not for a week. Husband rebelled at cost, though accommodations in Lake Geneva are generally expensive. We loved the area, but would not stay there again.
Review 17：The location was on main highway halfway between William's Bay and Lake Geneva. Good for anyone visiting both towns. Also nice getaway from bustle of town and very quiet. Unit had lots of room and big rear deck looking onto woods. Nice hot tub. Desserts were of good quality. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Microwave and refrigerator allowed us to bring food home home and eat in several nights. Flat screen TV and DVD player.

Review 19：I can leave everything at home and not worry about if I 4got anything because they supply everything.You don't ever have to even leave the room. Just relax! This is our second trip and will return again and again.
Review 20：The shower did not allow regulating to a warm temp it was either hot or cold. I had a cold short shower. Not fun!!
