Review 1：I will stay here for the staff alone! We were a little late coming down for breakfast and the staff (Sarah and Mario) made sure we had a fresh prepared meal to enjoy and gave us 5 star hospitality service. They have made me a Best Western loyalist!

Review 8：Great value for money. The staff were always really helpful and able to answer any questions. Room was quiet and very comfortable. Choice of breakfast was good and hot drinks available at all times. Hotel was really close to a variety of restaurants as well as train station.

Review 9：The actual check-in desk was kind of shabby and gave a bad first impression. After I got past seeing that, I saw the positives of the hotel. Hall carpet by 3rd floor elevator needed vaccuming for the 3 days I was there.

Review 20：The facility had 3 men outside the main entrance, shirtless, smoking like their life was ending, and talking about the last fight they were in. I also saw a woman walking back and forth across the parking lot in fishnet stockings and revealing clothing. She approached almost any man coming to the building. The lighting in the parking lot is almost non-existent. I did not even enter the building and drove away.

We were the first room once you got through that door so it was a little unsettling. The prospect of a hot tub in the room is not enough to cause me to book here again.

The free breakfast at first glance looked not so good but it actually had a great variety...waffle maker, bagels, and other high carb foods. No bacon but there were hard boiled eggs. It was par for the course for a hotel like this. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and things were relatively quiet. Big bedroom and clean bathroom.

Review 89：This was our third stay at the Best Western Naperville Inn as a prelude to my sons move in to his residence hall at North Central College. It wasn't until this last booking that we were informed of a "Parent Discount" / "Student Discount" that is available to "Northcentral College Student Families". We were informed of the discount by the front desk manager as we were leaving. I would have liked to have known that earlier, and next time I will book directly through the main desk at the Naperville Inn to take advantage of the dicounted savings. Every little bit helps today with the rising costs of college tuition!

We complained about a bad smell coming from the sink drain. Nothing was done. The wifi was not very strong and rather erratic in performance.
