Review 1：Would have loved some protein available for breakfast.

Review 2：Close to several major roads through Ft Myers. Our room was large & comfortable, clean. Not much sunshine on this trip so we spent more time than normal in the room. We were very happy to have a room with space to relax.

Review 3：I detected a faint odor of urine. I suspect it was in the carpet. Motels that allow pets really should not have carpet! Except for waffle machine, breakfast was pretty minimal.

Review 4：Conveniently located for my purposes. Very quiet. No hint of smoke odor in my non-smoking room.

Review 5：The front desk clerk put me in a filthy room. They changed the room with no problems. I recognized that all the black guest were stationed along side those who worked locally. After I complained about the filthy room I was moved over to a more cleaner room along side of all the white guest which checked in on that date. I will never stay there again.

Review 7：This was the worst hotel experience of my life. We spent one night in this place, and the following morning we woke up covered by bed bugs bites. It totally ruined my holiday and almost a week later the bites are still swallen and itchy on my legs and arms. The room smelled of damp and in need of renovation.

Review 14：We were bitten by some bugs that night... The breakfast was extremely poor (it was funny to see the hotel ad just outside, which mentioned a "delux breakfast"). The staff was not particularly kind.

Review 15：The room was big, had 2 king size beds, a microwave, a fridge, a dining table - pretty much everything one would need during the stay. It was clean and silent. The location is good, near a big road with lots of shops and restaurants.

Review 18：The staff at the front desk very slow could not check in someone fast like she was not sure what to do. Need more training. they only gave you 2 towels when asked for more was told that we had to bring the dirty ones first. most people know women use 2 towels to shower then the guy has no towel. rooms were not ready when we arrived at 3pm some of the group had to wait 45 min to check in then to go to room and there still got to clean the room not good. booked the room on ground floor due to we all had motorcycles but not sure who is at fault booking .com or the hotel but when i book a hotel for me and all my friend tell them all rooms will be on ground floor then be told well you did not book the rooms with us we will see what we can do . bottom line is can't trust on line booking because you never know what you will get at the end. i will never stay there again .

Review 19：the pool was nice , the ac worked the bed was ok comfort not to hard not to soft.

Review 20：The price we were quoted on Booking.com was less than what the receptionist had on her computer when we arrived and she refused to give us the price we had on our email. Said we should take it up with booking. She was very rude!

Review 36：The friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were well kept. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. While staying in the hotel I needed to fax a business item and the desk clerk did so for me with no charge and a friendly attitude. The excellent central location to where we ere day traveling too. We actually arrived earlier to Fort Myers and needed to check in one night early and the desk clerk was able to charge us the same rates what we were charged for the other 3 nights we had booked previously with booking.com. She was most helpful and pleasant in handling my request. She even allowed us to say in the same hotel room all 4 nights rather than having us have to switch into another room after the first night. Excellent job.

Review 38：Clean and spacious room, with coffee maker and microvawe. Perfect prepare, everything was working. Clean and perfect smell of bathroom. Very satisfied :-)

Review 39：Drove to end of building thinking I could drive around to exit property. Dead end, with no warning. Had to turn around in a tight spot. A sign would come in handy to prevent the next person from finding out the hard way.

Review 42：I have booked a room for 4 three months in advance. Despite ticking a non-smoking room option I noticed the reservation was for a smoking one. I sent several email inquiries to change but never received any reply. Upon our arrival the receptionist lady was not helpful either and we spent a night in a smoking room. For a non smoker with young children it was a dreadful experience.

Review 50：Hotel is next to airport, heard planes coming and going the whole time; all day, every day. Walls were so thin you heard people in all the other rooms, all around you, walking and talking. Heard people outside talking, maids cleaning, traffic noise, etc. Room was missing trash can liners and towels when we arrived. Pillows were the worst, so clumpy and hard! Thankfully I brought my own.

Review 52：Staff members were really nice. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Even though a big street is right in front of the motel, we had no problems with noise. The breakfast was good, but there were way too many people for the vacant tables. The WiFi connection was good.

Review 53：The towels and sheets are the same threadbare stuff as the 2* motel two doors down. I would guess they use the same linen service. This is a drive up motel like any 2* motel. The breakfast is cold boiled eggs and waffles like 2* motels. I don't know why it has 3 *'s.
