Review 1：No coffeemachine until we asked and no toaster, though in the offer described. We then got a regular coffeemaker, but couldn't use small tabs in it, nor had we milk or sugar.

Review 3：Hardest matresses ever...hardest matresses I ever stayed in a hotel......couple cockroaches....they advertise heated pool...liars, it's freezing. The wife owner was not pleasent at check in.

Review 10：Got in at 545 and they were closed. Sign said closed at 7 pm. Note left said key in door. It was not. Had to call and wait to get key. Beds were not comfortable.
Review 11：Nowhere to walk to if you want to shop or eat out but this is America. Small pool is next to quite a busy road but was not a problem for us.
Review 12：Nice clean spacious efficency, ideal for 4 nights. Easy 15 minutes drive to either Fort Myers beach,supermarkets and Ford-Edison winter home but make sure you have a Satnav or App to help. About 30 minutes to Sanibel Island. Very good value

Review 15：Office closed & no staff available after 7, pool was small but nice but is by highway so there is a lot of noise from cars & no jacuzzi, ice machine is small & doesn't make much ice so I felt bad having to fill a cooler as we do mostly outdoor activities, otherwise its fine, room ac unit was loud so we had to turn the TV up all the way but didn't bother us sleeping & otherwise the place was nice & quiet, we will definitely be coming back the positives far outweigh the negatives & its great when you are limited on funds
Review 16：Family owned & operated, very clean & well maintained, rooms were simply furnished yet spacious, comfortable & just right for my son & myself, housekeeping comes every day, kitchen & outside grill, no smoking in rooms strictly enforced, people said the beds weren't comfortable so I was worried but our King size was very cozy & a pillowtop mattress, pillows were simple but also comfortable

Review 20：Lovely bungalow with the lovely clean pool just opposite our door. Very quiet when we were there so had it to ourselves. Rooms were very clean, bedding and towels were pristine. Very large fridge freezer which was useful. There was a BBQ grill next to us which we used. Remember to take charcoal, we took a light the bag type and it was perfect.
Review 21：WiFi was weak in room. Better when I went outside.(it was cloudy/rainy when there so may have played a part) Bring your own snack/drinks as vending was very limited and nothing really close.(being kinda small may account for limited vending and room did have fridge) Room had no carpet (tile) which made it seem kinda bare and not fond of walking on cold tile. (an area rug would make a difference) Need to add a vent fan in bathroom. There was no ventilation so expect to be steamed if you like hot showers

Review 31：The first night there were plumbing issues with the toilet, but it was fixed the next day. The water pressure in the shower is really low so I went two days without washing my hair. They need to install the high door latches that all hotels/cottages have. We have toddlers and because there was just a normal lock we were nervous the entire stay about our kids being able to just walk out of the door. The provided bed is only a double and the couch is not a sleeper. We will stay again but not with our kids.
Review 32：The grounds are beautiful and the location is out of the tourist district but only 15 minutes from the beach. The room has a full kitchen. The staff was very kind and the price was perfect. We had to purchase an air mattress due to a mix up about the size of the bed and there not being a sleeper sofa. When house keeping came in to clean our room they even made up the air mattress for our kids. We will stay again but not with our kids.

We were literally there for one evening for a fishing tournament and they were under the impression we were going to burn the place down. Nothing but polite the whole time towards the staff and was treated rudely. Crawling with older folks which was fine but they couldn't stop staring at us. The whole situation was uncomfortable. Save yourself the hassle if you aren't an older couple. Wouldnt even let us use the outside outlet to charge our batteries or park the boat in one of the two spaces they provided for us. Which made absolutely no sense whatsoever. We had to park it unattended across the property. Not boat friendly or college kid friendly.

Review 58：Never stayed in a motel where signs told you not to flush toilet paper. Mildew in the shower. Never found the pool though they show pictures. overall, was a place to sleep but would not stay there again.
Review 59：Hard uncomfortable bed and the shower water went from hot to cold, then I had to turn it off and restart it to get hot water. The shower was not as clean as it could have been. It was discolored after cleaning the mold.
