Review 1：We checked in early and was greated by friendly staff. I was surprised by a birthday card and goodies when we returned to our room. The breakfast was excellent and the evening drinks were a nice way to wind down. Would definitely stay here again!

Review 2：The sink filled up with a bright yellow liquid at one point. The plumber came immediately but it was gone. I don' t know what caused it but it was alarming.

Review 3：Steve greeted us warmly and efficiently when we checked in. Kay Wharton took care of some special requests we had. The entire staff was efficient and accommodating.

Review 4：the hotel from my side was ok, nothing special, the room for a deluxe was small, especially for a US sized bed, however the staff dramatically improved my Impression of the hotel

Review 9：We had a little issue with the room and it was immediately addressed. Someone had smoked in the room, and we were immediately given a new room. Staff was warm and friendly without exception.

Review 11：easy access to the highway; staff were friendly. room was comfortable but if you are looking for upscale or newer facilities -this wasn't it. However the room was clean and comfortable and i would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Review 12：Staff could not keep up with keeping the breakfast ready for guests. Hotel had no vacancy and had a lot of people to feed. We had to wait on food to be brought out and then it was it was gone quickly and guests had to wait again for more. I feel like they should have been ready for this knowing it was a full house. Also the bed was not the most comfortable but was tolerable for a night.

She would stop by our table every night to find out what we had done and what we were going to do...she pulled coupons out of a magazine for us...and she gave us tips on driving in St. Louis traffic. Fabulous! The meals at night were great...enough to keep us from having to eat out!

Review 33：there breakfasts are very good with lots of choices, if someone can't get what they want for breakfast there they either can't be satisfied or they need to go to a restaurant to eat. Also the rooms TV has plenty of channels available to watch, great selection.
