Review 2：The location was fantastic as we were on a 3 day hike in the area and all the facilities and staff were absolutely perfect. A very friendly and chilled experience. One of our party fell ill the evening before we were due to check out and the Manager very kindly allowed him to stay at the Hostal the following day until we returned from finishing our Hike. This was very welcome and we were all very thankful for the kindness and understanding that we received from all the Staff - Thank you very much.

Review 9：We liked everything but be aware that sometimes they have groups. I encouraged them to still accept private guests since private bookings are kept on a separate wing of the largish facilities
Review 10：A warm personal welcome. Regularly they discussed with us what we wanted to do and how they could help us. The room was spacious with a good view. It was VERY quiet. We could use a kitchen and lounge. Hot showers with washing and drying facilities. Ample parking though you could easily get there on foot since they are right next to the cable car which goes down to the nearest town Meiringen. They also communicated with us by email so if you have special desires etc please contact them. They were also a very good price. If you see them as fully booked email them and ask like we did.
