Review 1：The room smelled of old smoke and musty smell. The sink didn't drain. There was conditioner but no shampoo, no hairdryer, and no coffee pot in the room. I didn't want to get dress and walk across the snowy parking lot to the office.
Review 2：Location - just down the road from work. I stayed because of the snow that the area got that day. The attendant gave me 1st floor room and menus from the restaurants that delivers.
Review 3：That the first room I was given had urine stains all over the toilet, marijuana crumbs all over the desk, the beds had makeup all over the pillow cases and the room smelled like a party. The second room I got was cleaner but still I wore socks to take a shower and stood on a towel as the tub could use a good scrub. The room smelled like the previous occupant and there were hairs on the covers so I slept with just the sheets. I asked to be refunded my money to go somewhere else and was told the owner didn't like women and didn't know how to talk to them and I'd never get my money back from him as he never gives refunds. So I was stuck staying there.

Review 5：Room smelled like dog & the floor was sticky. I made them mop the floor. I even left the door open & lit candles but it didn't help. There was a huge square hole in the bathroom wall. Dog scent never left room 220. I demanded a refund & they miraculously found me a new room that was like day to night. I lost a lot of time fooling with that Dog Room for $75! I was tired & frustrated when i finally go into my new room.

Review 8：I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance of my room and the accommodations. It appeared to have been renovated in the recent past. Overall the comfort of bed and bathroom was good. I had plenty of water pressure and was able to get a good shower after spending the night at the ball park. It was a better shower that I had while staying at another more modern hotel I was staying at for the previous two weeks at some military training a couple hours away.

Review 13：The lady at the desk offered to let our family stay in rooms next to each other with a door to come and go. When we got to the room however it was not that way. The room that joined was on the other side. It was pretty late at night so we didn't ask to be moved.

Review 20：On second floor, room below had kids running around until2:30 AM, 5 or 6 adults outside with no regard for quiet. Phoned management, got out of bed & went to office. Nothing done to remedy the problem. Room filthy, especially the bathroom.

The lack of pertinent information, such as checkout time.The remote didn't work, I called the front desk was told to come and get a new one (maybe this is normal?). Couldn't get clock to work- didn't want to go back to the front desk again.
