Review 1：The staff didn't speak any English, the wifi didn't work, there are no lockers or safety deposit boxes (apparently room 11 was safe!?) The wires were hanging out of the shower and the staff were very unhelpful when we tried to tell them. Expensive compared the the hotel Mirador next door (where we are now!) which has better facilities and is 40Bs a night vs 90Bs. Don't waste your money!

Review 10：The biggest issue is the lies that are advertised. There was a router with relatively good signal but with no internet access. They would turn it off after 10pm. And most of the times when we went down to the recepection there was no one there. They also advertise hot showers but getting there there was a sign saying that it would only word certain hours and not even in those hours sometimes it had hot water.

Review 13：Worst hostel. Do not waste your money. The reception was the rudest reception I have ever encountered. Pretended to not speak English and would not give us the wifi password. The next day when we were supposed to pay he spoke perfect English and charged us double the rate of other hostels in the area.

Review 22：Staff need to learn some customer service skills. The floors were so noisy you didn't want to move. The only place you could get wifi was sitting down in the lobby, if it was working. Very very basic accommodation and overpriced for what it was.
