Review 1：We chose this location based on previous reviews, and we were not disappointed. Clean and quite. Strong, hot water in the shower. We got in late and had to leave earlier, so this was perfect for our needs at a great price.
Review 2：The bed was poor. The old tube TV was in bad need of an upgrade to flat screen. Guests MUST have more than one small, thin towel apiece.
Review 3：A/C worked well. So did the refrigerator/freezer. Very good location.
Review 4：Awful bed! Towels were small and thin and only one per guest, although I was given more when I asked. Tube-style TV desperately needs an upgrade to HD flat-screen.

Review 6：Clean and with all you need. Staff very friendly and helpsome. Lake City has all the shopping you need and the nature around the city fantastic. We recommend a visit to Alligator lake. Will definitely stay here again if we come this way. There is a Waffle House 2 min down the street serving a perfect breakfast.
Review 7：Found a roach in my room. No sample shampoo . Like any other hotel would have . I booked a king size for 9 to 10am arrival but once I arrived it wasn't ready so I had to stay in a room with twin beds and had to pay extra 10 bucks, which doesn't make sense . Also huge hole in the wall . Slow wifi as well . Just being honest

Review 9：It was clean and very comfortable. The staff was great. And it was easy to find. If you are expecting the Ritz on a dime, look elsewhere. But if you want a great value for the money - this is a great place!
Review 10：Ok for a couple of guys heading south but my wife wouldn't walk on the rug with out shoes. The sheets were thread bare. my wife described it as yukky.

Review 12：Room was old, smelled musty, bathroom door needs replacing, linens need replacing. Rooms need updating badly.

Review 14：There appeared to be a drug dealer staying long-term in the room next to mine. Very shadey characters stopping bye and pounding on his door at all hours of the night. I got no sleep and left at 4:00 am

Review 16：The non-smoking room had an odor, the WiFi didn't work, the rooms were much older and needed to be updated, door lock (dead bolt) was old and hard to use....it didn't fit securely in the hole

Review 18：Our second night we got a different room. We came in about 2:00 the lady at the desk was not pleasant and seemed like we were a bother. The room had something sticky dried on the bedside table with hair in it. The shower curtain was mildewed, hole in the bathroom wall from the door handle and the bathroom floor was sticky. We were too tired to go and ask for a different room. No microwave or fridge in the room. If you get to this motel early enough they will give you a good room, if you get here later in the day or evening they put you in what I would concider sub standard rooms.
Review 19：Our first night we got a nice room with a fridge and microwave. The room layout was okay but a bit cramped.
