Review 1：We had a ground floor room facing onto the road and we didn't feel comfortable leaving the window and curtains open.

Review 2：Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available - wide screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer in the room; convenience shop in the lobby; pool towels were provided on request and a self-service laundry was available; there was a wide variety of choices for breakfast; reception staff were extremely helpful in providing directions we needed along with recommendations.

Review 3：We did not live in this hotel because staff did not know how to use hotel system and denied our visa bussines credit card. Suggest us to go to ATM to sure that card doesn't works. We do that, but card was ok, we got cash. But in hotel we cannot chek-in.We ordered another hotel. In this hotel card was ok. It first time in my life. AVOID best western.

Review 5：The first room we had the safe and hair dryer didn't work. The lobby is in the process of being upgraded so it appears untidy.

There was mold on the under side of the bathtub drain plug, and the bathroom had obviously been flooded at some point because the wood on the inside of the bathroom door was warped and the base board was peeling. There were also no washcloths when I first arrived. The toilet paper was thin and cheap.

Review 27：The location is good, right next to Colonial Blvd. and not far from either US 41 or I-75. The staff seemed friendly enough, and the free breakfast selection looked good, although I never ate there. Overall, I guess it was a good enough value for the price I paid.

Review 41：The facility was nice. It appeared clean. However I spent one night in rm 414 and my legs were covered in bites. I didn't see any obvious sign of bed bugs except for the bites in the morning or I would have left. I know this is a huge problem in the industry. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. The last time was a few months ago on a trip to Idaho. I am starting to fear traveling. This hotel looks nice and clean and modern.

Review 98：Pool was left uncleaned for 4 days even after we complained severaltimes each day, when the weekend rolled around "maintenance is noton during the weekend to clean it", I have to stay at the desk so Icannot clean it." etc the other big issue was security - the sidedoor for which access was by using your room key was being continuallypropped open by someone. No one was able to check the security camera tosee who was doing it. Of course the security camera was directly overthe awning covered door so they could not see who was doing what at thedoor. And the door was so loose that with a medium strength pull youcould just pull it open. This was brought to the staff's attentionseveral times each day and nothing was resolved. They put a note up toclose the door. Really, like that was ever going to help. And it wasalone a main highway with easy escape if someone was up to no good. Iwould never recommend this place to anyone. They did not care about themost important thing, my safety! Oh, and they some of the staff did notseem to know our check-out date. It was right on my confirmation butfinally one person seemed to be able to read their computer screen andsee that the date was as it should have been all the time.
