Review 1：DID not know ahead of time the pool and Jacuzzi were not working-for me I pay more money to have that convenience. Free breakfast we passed on no eggs, bacon, sausage and told there was, and again I felt I paid more money for this extra. Had to go next store while freezing outside to use Cove pool.

Review 3：Ultimately the hotel is getting old and could use a remodel on the lobby area. The pool and hot tub are old and basic but quite clean. The breakfast buffet was entirely comprised of carbohydrates. Some fruit, yogurt or even hard boiled eggs would be a great addition.

Review 11：House cleaning is poor and you get nickel and dimed: Charge extra for more cream/sugar(room only has 2 of each), 2 free k-cups of coffee/extra is $1.50 per k-cup. Charge $2 for old dvd's. Breakfast is only 6am-9am. Room's have paper thin walls, you can hear everything next room. Will try another hotel next time

Review 15：The room was clean, very comfortable, and had a great view. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the center of Lake Geneva. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had.

Review 16：The open back door and the fact that a security guard woke us up at 3:30 AM and told us the man outside of our room (that we had no idea about) had been removed ??!!

Review 24：We had a lake view and what a view!!!! Beautiful sunrise, sunset and watching the boats launch and come back in. The pool and whirlpool just added to our enjoyment. The walk to the Riviera Boat Club and to Main street very convenient. We have stayed here 3 times already and never disappointed.

Review 41：We faced the lake from our room. We had two beautiful days. We could just walk into town and pick any restaurants you would like. Inside our Hotel Harbor Lakes, Genoa's E. we had the greatest pizza, and chicken parmesan. Excellent service and all servers took time out to talk with you even thou they were so busy. That makes your stay so great. Hard to find such personal service now a days. Keep the great work up Genoa's East.

Review 42：breakfast was disappointing, but it was alright. most places have more variety. also was surprised that there was information on gift shops or no gift shop in the building. other places we have gone to were selling souvenirs like shirts and stuff.. maybe it was a good thing I guess.

Review 50：ADDED ON EXTRA COSTS!!!!! The original price of the room was good but then an extra $10 per day for hotel fees (online fees?). Then they tacked an extra $2 on bill for water! We didn't get any of their bottled water! There was none of their water in frig. We had our own! The continental breakfast was poor! No fresh fruit! They had canned peaches! They needed 2 waffle machines with all the people! When I booked it online I thought it was a good deal but next time I will check on another hotel.
