Review 1：Quality of antipasta (meze) is better then hot-dishes. In a swimming pool too much families with very small children-no place where you can normally swim.

Review 2：All restraint, without any frills, but everything for age people you can find here :large and well situated, in a beautiful location hotel's area+Spa, a modest but clean room, good food and well-trained services.

Review 3：The spa and thermal facilities were really old. The ceiling of indoor pool was rusty and facility is in need of an urgent renovation.

Review 5：Staff needs to learn how to talk with customers respectfully. Shower has a very slow drain. Almost everywhere near the tub becomes wet because of the small glass curtain. Room's isolation is poor.

Review 11：Breakfast was very crowded, it took us (without exaggerating) 10 minutes to walk to our room once we got off the elevator because the hallways were so long, the staff actually refused to serve us more tea because breakfast was about to close and the beach is a hike's away.

Review 13：This is the baddest 5 star hotel in my life. The pictures are fake. They have very nice and modern room pictures, but this is not what you get. I've called booking for this problem and they took my problem serious. They had contact with the hotel about the problem, but the problem was bot important enough for guest relations. They want the solve the problem with a "fruit basket" (that never arrived in the room! Really bad!). Beside this, i had booked the hotel days before, because i know that Cesme is populair and the hotels are full in this oeriod. So i believe the oictures and booked this hotel. At the day of arrive i couldnt go anywhere else because it was full. I asked the hotel management and booking of they could upgrade my stay for an all inclusive, but that was to "expensive" for the hotel. Probably is money more important that the smile of a guest. There waa no other hotel so we stayed and the only thing that they want to do is a fruit basked, but thet forgot this also. Really bad! Don't go!

I spent four days from the six I set to have iron machine as everyday I asked them they said we don't have and if you want to iron your clothes send them to the hotel laundry!!!!! And after I talked to the hotel manager they brought iron machine to my room... Location is 10-15 mins by taxi to the center of cesme and you have to use taxi to go there with 30TL for one way from hotel to the center

Review 31：The Hotel is a typical big resort built in the 80's so its style is very typical but a bit outdated. Still it is in an excellent condition.

Review 33：The woman at Guest Services was awful. I think the issue was that her English isn't that great. That in itself is fine - I don't expect perfect English. However, when she had trouble understanding, she would get exasperated and show it in a rude manner. That too I could have overlooked with time. But then she completely botched our transport to the Izmir airport, resulting in U.S. missing our flight and having to pay the cost of new tickets back to Istanbul plus hotel because there weren't any more flights out that evening. Of course, I had to work the next morning, so we had to take the 5am flight which was quite unpleasant. It was a terrible ending to an otherwise lovely trip. I'm still livid.

Review 40：Some spots at the hotel are not heated, although winter can get cold in Cesme, so you may feel rather cold while walking to some facilities such, as restaurant and SPA. Rooms have air-conditioner which can be regulated by guests, so it is quite warm. Though we had to switch the conditioner off during nights, as it is quite noisy while working. The gym equipment is a bit old and not all devices are in perfect condition. But these are peanuts..

Review 41：Good for even winter. SPA facilities are extensive with all kinds of massage, sauna, Turkish bath, hot and warm swimming pools, etc. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are cleaned nice and daily. Dinner and breakfast is swedish table, and there is fresh food even when visitors are only a few during winter time. Lunch is served by waiters, but taste is even better.

Review 86：Don't waste your time staying here. I brought my mom on vacation. I had read the reviews before choosing this hotel. The reviews were not great but I thought -well, this place can't be all that bad. Well, it is. Rooms - the room was clean but I stepped on glass on my barefoot, I know these things happen but it just added to the overall bad experience. Food - get ready to pay extra when they say all-inclusive. They don't mean it. They actually charge you for water at dinner. I think that is unheard of. They over charge on the price of the water as well. I have been to several all-inclusive places in Turkey and have never had this happen. Water is included with breakfast. Location - area around their beach hotel was over grown with weeds, garbage on their section of the beach. Airport pick up - we had a mix up at the airport for our transportation that we arranged through the hotel. When we called the hotel to see if the transportation was on the way. They had no record of arranging this for us, had no answers for us. Fortuantely the transporation person called us directly and we handled it ourselves. It was one thing after another that didn't go well. I don't expect any place to be perfect but this was just over the top. I will never stay here again and will never recommend it.
